I have been to CB in Mooresville for the past 2 years.. Very friendly and efficient staff. Ready to answer any questions and willing to assist me in any matter concerning issues with my car. Felt I was being treated with honesty. I really appreciate that. And of course I highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Professional and courteous service. They performed the work as requested. I am not a fan of the free inspection sales approach. The “find everything wrong with the vehicle and list it on a texted form” is very impersonal and risks alienating your customers. I appreciate the business case for all the electronic communication but this can be a turn-off to some less tech savvy customers.

Fine experience. Know before you go, if you intend to leave your vehicle for an estimate, expect the $85 estimate charge. Shuttle service was greatly appreciated.

First time using Christian Brothers for my car this past week. They were fast at addressing the issues with my car with pictures and details explaining the problems they saw. My old car wouldn’t start. I towed it to Christian Brothers. The engine was shot. I already had new car so I decided to donate it to the Veterans. They waived the charge for checking out the car, allowed me to leave the car on their lot until the Veterans organization could pick it up, helped with the pick up and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. Really nice guys. I appreciate their cooperation and patriotism.

THE STORY OF MY SUBARU. Eric and his team knew about this. From draining the gas pump to ordering and waiting for the fuel pump to arrive and finally fixing the gas gauge. Every time I have complain or something i noticed not working or not done right, just a call and they were so willing to fix it. Those trips back and forth to Christian Brothers ended up to be worth it. All i needed was to TRUST the team. THANK YOU CHRISTIAN BROTHERS!

I reached out to Christian Bros for an oil change while I waited, what I received was tremendous service from the first phone call to the delivery and payment! Every one of the staff I came in contact with was pleasant and checking to be sure I was comfortable and asking if I needed anything. Yet again, Christian Brothers come to the rescue! 😊 This may be a simple task, yet I did not want to do the work. My windshield wipers needed to be changed! I could have done this task… yet I have no time for this! They know what they are doing!! Therefore… now I have a non streaked windshield! A happy camper!! Merci for the light bulb change, too! 💗
