Only reason I'm writing a review because at the end of their feedback survey, Christinan brothers encouraged to do so, so here it goes. I don't write many surveys but I felt the need to speak up and say something. This visit seemed to be lacking. For one, I was quoted and charge $93.50 for less than 5, quarts of oil for an oil change. 4.6 quarts to be exact. Sure the oil is synthetic, and of course labor cost is included for pricing and their time. But for about $20.50 a quart? It seems excessive. Christinan brothers can argue that previous oil changes where promotional pricing and a limited time special offer and that is true. But more than $90 oil change for a 4 cylinder hatchback? Come on now. That is robbery. Two, the courtesy inspection was lacking. It was recommended a brake flush but I got full service for brakes, which include new rotors, brake pads, and brake flush a brake check about a year ago. No pictures or follow through inspection report or email. This visit did not pass the vibe check. Not making stuff up I got receipts and paperwork to back it up.

New ownership, and they more than doubled prices. A full synthetic oil change used to be $37. It’s now $77!!! And when you book an appointment, they did not communicate that price change. I was ambushed with the information when I had already driven all the way out to them. I have been a client for over 2 years now, and felt comfortable and trusted them. No longer! I will not be coming back.

I came here to check my engine. They noticed the fuses of the engine got damaged and they explained why this happened nicely. They fixed all amazingly fast with very reasonable price. All staffs, especially Ki were nice, and I was able to be comfortable until getting it done.

Ki at the mission bend location is a great listener he got straight to the root of my problem and was very detailed on his findings and what was important to keep my car in top shape. He is friendly along with the whole staff. I am back on the 🛣️ road thanks to Keith and Christian Brothers mission bend location

Zero Stars if Possible as a Former Employees I was treated unfairly, but I'm Glad not to be there anymore , I would rather work at a Ghetto McDonalds then to come back here, especially working for the New Owner lol. Anyways new owner just wants to Fire people, Delusional about profits by raising up the Prices, thus making this place more expensive than the dealership,. The Turn over rate of Employees is crazy, The New Owner had Laid off more people than The Covid-19 Pandemic layoffs lol. The New Owner thinks everyone working here is replaceable, who would want to to work with a owner like that, its Ridiculous, Dan Nieves was never like this, RIP.

After being employed here when Dan Nieves was the owner before he passed away mr dan was the best after new owner came in and new management took over as a employee here I was treated horrible I lost my job for helping out a lady with her car after her car was not safe to drive and they let me go saying I did this car behind their back which was not true they do not stand by the brand christian brothers this place is really horrible this place will never be the same after dan Nieves passed away. As an old employee I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to this place they will do everything they can to get a high dollar out of you. They would always tell me if I wanted to leave to leave on good therms when I put in my 2 weeks right off the back they took my keys and said leave we don't need you here

Towed my sons vehicle here, he accidentally put diesel in his tank, not only the staff was professional and kind, it was done in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend 👌

My family usually take our cars for oil change and even have for repairs . I sent my daughter to get an oil change which she has done before for her 2015 Nissan and she usually pays 39.95 . She went today and they were charging her double that for a simple oil change . I called them to ask them the reason of double reply and the guy that answered the phone was rude and said that was a special and it’s gone now . Double the price is crazy . They lost our business for all of our cars.

A breath of fresh air when it comes to mechanic shops. We all know theres always that taboo of the advisors just wanting to get the biggest commission for things we dont need. HERE its totally different. They care. And are friendly, will explain things to you in a way that you get. Thank you Nathan for all your help and for being so easy to talk to! Never take your vehicles here. I paid for a pre purchase inspection. Came to find out I had misfires but "we can fix it" so I said ok. $1400 im in the same boat. Then they say "sorry. Its the catalytic converter, we're 100% certain now" but I wasnt so sure so a few days later I take it to my mechanic, my mechanic runs a 5 second compression test and realizes the heads are blown. I paid them $170 for a pre purchase inspection and they dont test for compression? Mind you, they replaced the spark plugs and the ignition coils so they had the work part of a compression test already done. So their laziness cost me over $2000. Get bent.

OMG I WAS OMW TO ANOTHER PLACE TO GET MY OIL CHANGE!! I RECIEVE A VOICEMAIL FROM CHRISTIAN BROTHERS BUT I DIDNT ANSWER BECAUSE I HAD BAD EXPERIENCE.SO I FINALLY CALL BACK AND GOT THE BEST NEWS EVER. They are under new management they told me come right on in!!! So yesssss I love the NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM YAYY

this was my first time here. there are no signs or people outside to tell you where to park. every oil serving place i’ve been to in my life allows you to pull into the bay and they come up to your car to ask what you need, so i did that naturally. i rolled down my window to my then know i had an appointment. the white man looked at my car, laughed at me, and said “you’re supposed to park out there”, no eye contact just being rude. i told him he could cancel my appointment. they’re rude on the phone. they’re rude in person. i would never return.

Inexperienced, I went for a diagnostic test to see why my check engine light was on, results came back as a $800 job. Paid that, 2 days later the check engine light came back on, took it back, and they said it will be a additional $700, I said how if the diagnostic said only (ABC) where the problem, they said they did a diagnostic test not a full vehicle test…… Why would you all charge $120 dollars for a test that doesn’t show what all the way wrong with a persons car…. So that was $920 down the drain.

I was sent here by discount tire after they broke 2 studs. I wish I could empathize how wonderful their team is, namely Kevin and Glenda. They constantly checked in on me and my car to keep me updated with the progress, they offered to shuttle me home during the wait time, the office was clean and welcoming and the service was incredible. When service is great that’s one thing but when the staff matches and exceeds the service, that’s another. I’d recommend anyone needing service to come here. I know I sure will!

I called to make an appointment for an oil change for the special they had going and I told the gentleman that set up the appointment what vehicle I was taking not once did that person tell me your vehicle doesn't qualify for the special so I go to the appointment and when I get there they tell me my vehicle doesn't qualify for the special to me that is unprofessional to that and decive customers like that ok first and last going to Christian Brothers.

I saw the ad on facebook where they were offering the discounted synthetic oil changes for $29.95, i followed the procedure and got a text message prompting me to go through this text conversation to decide when i wanted to come in. I responded, and nobody responded to me. Obviously its a computer/auto generated text message, but clearly, someone was supposed to respond. I tried calling the shop with no answer, (they were probably just busy, no big deal) i went through their website for this particular location, and even though they offered to book an appointment, i couldn't find anywhere that this was appointment only. So, i came in on my off day, and saw 3 bays open, and no sound, really quiet. I asked for the oil change special, and the gentleman at the front asked for my appointment, which i obviously didnt have. And told me they are appointment only, and asked when i would like to come in. I wasnt interested anymore, for obvious reasons. Just pay more attention to the text communication that YOU guys send out, and maybe, be more on top of the phones. Maybe they didnt think it was worth the fuss for $30. But no big deal, i spent it somewhere else.

We bought our vehicle in due to it not starting. To be perfectly clear we took our car to the dealership BEFORE BRINING TO CB and we got a full diagnosis to find out what is going on with the car PRIOR TO IT NOT STARTING because it was pulling when we want it to accelerate. DEALER told us all fuel injectors were leaking and needed to be replaced. NOTHING ELSE FOUND. My husband wanted to save money because baby coming soon. he decided to buy two of the fuel injectors himself they were the two worst ones that were broken off in there .He did replace sucssefully tried to start the car it wanted to start but it wouldn't.we get a tow to CB we did we explain what he did and we just needed the car started . tech said it was a fuel pump. We replaced fuel pump not even a year ago so we wasn't sure why it would be that. We ask them how much to get the car running we got a quote for like 1800 dollars he said it would be 1400 to get the car running We told CB before they start the services you guarantee that this is gonna get the car running We need the car to be able to run to point a and point B until we can get the rest of the money to complete the repairs yes that's gonna get the car running So we get a call the car is done we got it started but your car is still running bad but it's ready that's all that was told to us so shuttled us back to shop NOT ONCE DID ANYONE SAY HEY WE GOT CAR STRATED BUT IT SHUTS OFF IMMEDIATELY AND BYE THE WAY ITS NOW POURING FULE FROM BOTH MUFFLERS AND BLOWING WHITE SMOKE.instead they brought us in he paid he didn't see the car until after he tried to turn on the car and it wouldn't stay on it literally shut off and parking lot filled with light smoke and the mufflers were pouring fuel that's not how we brought the car in the car has never done that before.And the tech was staring at him and must have felt guilty and asked him if he hey do you want me to just give you a Ride home cause he couldn't even get the car out of the spot . He told him what happen i thought you siad ysll got it running . Tech response was well u said u needed started.He siad yes i told you to run so i can get to work untill we have enough to complete other repairs. We would have never paid we would have just left car there untill we can afford it of we knew it was not running. so we paid $1400.00 for absolutely nothing! We called he spoke to the owner the next morning the words out of the owner's mouth was well tech went out there earlier today when he had some extra time to look at it and the technician was scratching his head because he just doesn't know what's wrong with him. we gave them $1400.00 for absolutely nothing we couldn't even get the car into a parking space .so we got our car tow back to Dealer for another full diag. We showed them the video that CB sent us and invoice and told them everything that they said and how we got the car back .he also told him everything that he did on the car prior to bring it to CB .DELAER said the fuel pump didn't need to be replaced it didn't need to be touched again the only thing was the fuel injectors .2500 borrowed to complete repairs. AND THE CAR WAS DONE RUNNING FINE AFTER THEY REPLACED ALL INJECTORS. So i attach the invoice from Dealership and i sent it to dan the owner of CB and of course he goes into his 30 yrs of experience of i've never seen all injectors fail at once. We will never return and Mind you we spent lots of money there years before. We had electrical stuff done. Ac work done. That went well with older techs. Spoke to corprate since shops are Independently owned, it is up to the owner to come up with some sort of agreement. I was told by corporate the owner will Give me a call back the same day. It has been a couple of days and the owner. Dan has not called me back. I guess he is sticking with the diagnostic car correctly. I will not hold a heavy heart., please be aware If you bring your car in, please check your car before paying.

At first I was happy. I had heard a lot of good things about this auto shop. I had went to many other places trying to get my car to ride smoothly ( shocks & struts. I had already replaced the front struts before I went to this location but I told them the car is still wobbly. I knew the back needed to be fixed. They said no problem we check everything. I assumed they did, so I had other things fixed. If I had known the front struts were no good, I could have had them fixed instead of the other things. I had to order a replacement for the front, in which at CB you can't bring outside parts. So I had to go to another shop and spend even more $. Went back to CB for my wheel alignment. When I left there to run an errand I could tell the car was still wobbly (12-20-23) but figured it was because I needed the tires balanced, which I had done. Today my car is still wobbly and seems that no matter where I go, it can't be figured out I guess. I'm disappointed with all the $ I spent and I'm basically in the same situation I was in to begin with....Edit-I took my car back a few days later, they say they didn't see anything wrong. I left a few friends & family drive it, they can definitely feel the wabble & something is off. I got tired of dealing with it, so my post is super late & still dealing with to me feels an unsafe car.

They are always friendly and helpful. They tell what you need to be done, but I never feel pressured like some other places. They have coffee in the waiting area, and they always give the ladies a flower. It always adds a little sunshine after getting your car fixed.
