Fantastic customer service and willingness to work out the best possible deal for clutch repair. I was under the impression that I would have to pay quite a bit to get my clutch replaced in my older vehicle. The initial estimate was what I figured, but CBA was willing to look at alternative options for parts and labor. The money I saved ended up being a no brainer and I’m grateful to have my car running again!

Christian Brothers on Midway handled both of our cars in one day - state inspection, oil change and overall 30-point review of both cars (a 2015 Lexus and a 2004 Nissan Pathfinder). They handled these minor items in the same professional manner as though costly repairs were needed and done. To me, this means that I can trust them to do only what is really needed and to do the right things … trust is so important.

I've been going to the Midway location of Christian Brothers for a number of years and always actually enjoy the visit. Most recently, they did my oil change while I waited. As usual, it was done quickly and efficiently with no issues. The staff are helpful, pleasant and kind. They stand by their work, are efficient, knowledgeable and provide good, safe advice.

They were kind and got straight to the point when explaining the issue, no fluff. As a single woman, I've had the hardest time finding trustworthy mechanics, glad they had different energy. The shuttle service is a plus too! I Will be coming here from now on!

This is a lenghty update, but please take the time to read it. My wife's Audi developed a refrigerant leak in the A/C evaporator core located under the dash which required the core to be replaced in its entirety. This was both an extensive AND expensive repair that involved the complete removal of the dashboard, steering wheel, airbags, and many other sub-assemblies. This was the first time that Christian Bros. had done this type of repair to a '16 Audi S5 convertible. The general manager, Reid, and his team assured me that they could do the job, but it would take quite some time. It turned out to be a real challenge, but they got it done, and done right. During the process of the repair, I checked on it frequently and was somewhat appalled by the scope of the disassembly to get to the part that needed to be replaced. Almost 200 screws had to be removed during the process! When it was finally done and $3000+ later it was returned looking like nothing had been touched. I am sure it would have cost double the amount to fix the car at an Audi dealer and probably not turned out as well. I have waited to submit this review to be sure that everything works the way it should, and it does. They did an OUTSTANDING JOB getting everything right! After approximately 2000 miles, the A/C performs as new and there are NO SQUEAKS AND RATTLES!! I am very particular about who touches our cars. It seems obvious to me that Christian Bros. on Midway Rd. at Pres. Geo. Bush Tollway hires quality, competent employees that care about their customers, quality of work and reputation. I feel that they treated my wife's car like it was their own car. They are my "go to" shop for any other repairs on my other 2 vehicles. Ken Niederer 12.17.24 Courteous, professional service. I was able to get a next day appointment. My car was done within a day. Price was stated at the beginning. Reasonable prices. (Diagnostic ~$165/ Battery ~$200)

They are amazing though pre sale inspection. Excellent service I was able get an appointment. Close.to my home very convenient . I wait there while they did pre sale inspection. Detailed report with pictures. If you are buying vehicle or home inspection is must must must don't regret later. Christian brothers is one of my best choice

Fantastic experience. These guys were so friendly! Brought in my vehicle for second opinion on suggested maintenance by another company and also for diagnostics on an issue. I felt that the guys at Christian Brothers were honest and did a thorough review before making their suggestions. Moved forward with two maintenance items and realized a third was not needed after their review. To top it off, their prices were lower than the first shop’s estimate and service was complete same day. They’ve made a loyal customer out of me for sure.

Great Service- Went in with a coolant leak on my 2013 VW bug and the Service Tech explained to me what they would do to find the problem, and what he suspected it would be. Replaced cracked coolant reservoir with a new one and works perfectly now. Courteous, honest communication and service, Highly recommended.

Very good. Customer service is great from the initial point of contact, ride service, timely repairs, and lastly, picking up my car. After not so good experiences with car repairs, it is a reassuring to work with these folks!
