Anthony and Vince were phenomenal. The whole experience was easy, and the service was exceptional - from the first moment of them answering the phone, the shuttle service, the diagnostics and repair... just all the way through was fantastic. They kept me thoroughly informed during the process, and answered my follow-up questions professionally and kindly. I had a fantastic experience here at Christian Brother's. I got my truck worked on in mid January right before a big move that would have me moving back to California. For context, I have a 2002 silverado 1500 with 300k miles and I was going to be towing a Uhaul trailer about 800 miles! I called up CBAuto and the service advisor was so kind and nice, provided me promptly with an estimate for all of the work (oil change, alignment, transmission service, and brake fluid flush). The total cost was honestly more affordable than I thought, and they were able to take my truck that day, and had it finished the next day! They also offered a free shuttle service! When I went to pick up my truck the following day, the Service Advisor had taken the liberty of doing a complimentary full thorough vehicle inspection because I had told him of my travel plans, and he wanted to make sure that everything was in sound condition before my departure. I was blown away! They went over everything with a fine tooth comb and he had everything that they found written out, and he went over it with me so that I could present that to a shop here in CA if I wanted to get it worked on. I myself am a salesman and service advisor, so I recognize that level of customer care and service as next level, 10/10. Truck made it to CA safe and sound, all thanks to CBAuto!!

I have to say that the one that is on rittenhouse is much better in customer service. They bring the car to me I had to walk to my car. And the one on rittenhouse is better with customer service I will be going there instead.

I’ve brought my vehicles to CBA on 2 or 3 occasions and remain impressed about the excellent customer service they provide. From the front office to the technician to the shuttle driver to the service manager - you can expect to be treated with professionalism and an absolutely respectful and pleasant demeanor. I have finally found an auto repair shop that I can trust!

Highly cordial and professional people, took their time to describe the problems my car had in detail, and never showed frustration to my many questions. They managed to do two fixes to my car's engine in only a day, which is a first timer for me. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I was taking my 2002 4Runner across the border to Mexico for a family members birthday, so I brought it by Christian Brothers for some work. Everything went great. Picked it up right before close on Friday. Much to my dismay, as I drove on the freeway I began to hear a nonstop rattling sound coming from the driver side. Unfortunately I had to cancel the trip. I just didn’t know how serious the issue was because I had gotten major repairs completed. It had taken 3 days to get all the work done. I brought it back on Monday and they agreed to fix the issue as no cost to myself, parts and labor fully covered! They even threw in 2 free oil changes! Nice difference indeed! This company stands by their work. I’ve been coming here for 4 years, and will never trust anyone else with my car.
