They offer a free vehicle inspection, including photos and recommendations for any necessary repairs. However, they do not use pressure tactics if you prefer to split the work between multiple visits to complete the list. They are fair with pricing and keep you updated on the anticipated timelines to complete any job. This business offers a complimentary shuttle service to nearby locations for drop-off and pick-up, if necessary. The waiting area is slightly small, but it is very clean with updated furniture, complimentary snacks, and free wi-fi if you are waiting for smaller services such as oil changes. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this business and location to anyone in the area.

Another great experience with this shop. Very good at explaining all my issues and were very reasonable. Had all the access that the dealer would have had but were extremely open about how they diagnosed and addressed the issues. Chuck was great and Tim the tech did a thorough job. Will be my go to shop from now on. Highly recommend

Christian Brothers was excellent to deal with starting with my phone call to make an appointment for regular oil change/service on my Toyota Venza. When I brought my car in Jared was extremely helpful and plenty of snacks and drinks while I waited for my car. I’ll be back for them to take care of my car.

I went for a simple oil change and a free inspection. While I waited they offered me and my kids fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and other snacks and beverages for free. After my oil change and inspection they walked me out and informed me that someone generously paid for my oil change and now my car is purring like a cat. I’m extremely grateful to have found them and will continue to go here for all my car needs. Thank you Angelo for your help! You are a godsend as well as whoever paid for my oil change 🙏🏻

I will be taking my car to Christian Brothers for all my automotive needs! The whole staff was extremely helpful and intentional in their communication and facilitating rides to and from the shop. I worked with Jared and he was great! Overall, my vehicle was taken care of efficiently and thoroughly and you can tell the staff is passionate about serving both the car and customer

It is so nice to be able to depend on a great auto shop. Christian brothers is so professional and patient explaining all aspects of what they do to your car or what potentially needs to be done which is so helpful since my knowledge of cars is limited. Jared was great to deal with! I trust them 100% to take care of all of our auto repair needs!

Shout out to Christian and Jared got off a long day at work my hood cable came loose called and christian picked up the phone and said "sure we can take a look at it" when I got there Jared took a look fixed the cable and topped off my radiator fluid no charge just courtesy... another reason in TN proud 👏 😁

Very disappointed in this company and their practices. We have a fleet of vehicles and wanted to give this company a try since they are located down the street from us. We had one of our trucks repaired there and took 2 weeks before it was ready. But the main reason for the review was we had to take the truck back only to find out it was going to cost of over $2700 for repairs. We picked the truck up and had another auto mechanic look at it and only to find out it was only a $500 sensor that needed to be replaced. Honesty and integrity goes a long way with customers.

All of their staff were very friendly. They have a shuttle service in case you don’t want to wait or if it’s a long wait time. They are honest and do not try to get you to do unnecessary repairs. They take their time and get your service done right.

I’ve used Christian brothers over 3 years, quotes are usually more than the bill, questions are welcome and addressed well. They even give me enough info to decide if a repair can wait, or it’s something's really small that I can do myself. After paying for one repair, when I heard an intermittent noise I had not heard before, they searched and fixed it no charge. Most recently a 1 part requested maintenance turned into a 2 part repair but the part wasn’t available, extra time was taken to get me safely on the road with the promise of repair when a part comes from Tx plus my next oil change thrown for free.

Excellent experience. Had problems with Smart car and they fixed it in one day . Lot quicker than I expected. Cost was quite a bit but since it was done quick I saved on renting a car and was on the road again. Jeremy was very professional and kept me informed of all the progress at all times. Will come back again and bring my other cars here too in future if needed. Thanks

We had a bumper to bumper check of the car we were purchasing. They did a very thorough job, took tons of pictures and gave us a detailed report of items to be fixed from most important to least important with a quote to bring everything up to speed. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive. I had a dedicated person throughout the entire process. He kept me up to date about communications with the warranty company as well as when they received parts, started the repair process, and let me know ahead of time when the repairs should be completed. They were able to get me back on the road and the entire process was a pleasant experience. Christian Brothers came through again. Jared kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process. They performed a complete inspection and found two items that improved the handling of my vehicle. After taking my vehicle to Christian Brothers on several occasions I have been very satisfied with their performance and the communication process. I highly recommend Christian Brothers and Jared for all your vehicle needs.

Absolutely wonderful people to deal with! You walk in and the lobby is like a doctors office, you are offered coffee, fresh baked cookies, snacks and greeted by a friendly staff. Not only do they do excellent work but they live by their principles!

I brought my Rio in because it was having problems turning over and seemingly holding a charge. The issue has been a gremlin for several months, popping up sometimes but not at others-- and was diagnosed at a nearby shop as a faulty alternator ( replaced, but the problem recurred) to a sensor. Sometimes, RPMs were stuck at zero; other times not. Christian Brothers inspected and tested the car, found the problem, and provided me with an estimate that was acceptable, but came in even a little lower! Throughout the process, communications from the shop were among the best I have ever experienced with a car repair facility. Justin was outstanding, consistently in touch, and helping with my warranty company. But all of the service advisors--Justin, Andy, Jeff-- were simply great! The technician was super helpful in advising issues with the car. I'm very happy I chose Christian Brothers, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! They inspire technical confidence in their work and really treat customers like they are the only ones in the shop at any given time!

I have been to so many auto shops in the past 25 years and this is the most professional - thorough place Ive been to- highly communicative - upfront - had video and pics of everything (never seen that before- highly recommend- very trustworthy - i see other people complaining about getting a list and cost of items that need to be fixed - i got this too and they were items there were presumptive issues with - no one pushed anything and they were very kind when i said id have to do things bit by bit - they told me the most pressing issue and the rest that i cam do to keep my car in good shape

Update: Alan, recently reached out to me and apologized for the situation. He mentioned that their name comes from the faith and I am a Christian as well. I appreciate what he said and I am a forgiving person. This really means a lot to me and says a lot about Alan and that he takes his job seriously. This says a lot about the business and I am willing to give them another try. The people were very friendly and professional, but they were going to gouge me on the price. I was in a bind and needed a wheel stud replaced so I could finish getting all four of my tires changed at Sam's Club. (Sam's Club wouldn't work on the tire with a missing wheel stud.) Anyways, I went to Cristian Brothers and they were going to charge me for an hour and a half of labor for a job that only took 20 minutes at a repair shop down the street. They were going to charge me $130.20 to install the wheel stud and lug nut that I provided, so I walked out and went to another place that only charged me $50.

We used Christian Brothers in Texas and so I looked into using them here as well. The shop was clean and tidy, which is a good sign for any profession, especially an auto shop. Service was great and the communication while my vehicle was in service was outstanding. I highly recommend the Kingston Pike, Knoxville shop!
