This Christian Brothers Firethorne is excellent and I fully recommend them. Christian Brothers, in general, is always an upstanding business to go to, but this one has a special place in my heart. The people who work here really care about you as a person and your vehicle. They are not there to swindle you or nickel and dime you. I know when I bring my car here that they will help guide me to the best outcome and path. Although this time my lovely, old SUV needs to be sent to retirement, I wholeheartedly appreciate Luis who explained it to me and did not ever try to take advantage. Everyone was so kind. The other mechanic who shared his story of his love of his first car... Especially as a woman, it is so important to know that you will be treated with fairness at an auto business. As I look for a new vehicle (and go through the shock that my car will not make it to 350k), I know that I can go there for advice and to have them check out whatever vehicle I get now. And I will continue to go to Christian Brothers Firethorne. I recommend them without reserve. 🎉 They will fix what needs to be done and keep you safe. And if what needs to be done is for you to seek a new vehicular horizon, they will let you know and help you with that too. Just the best. Thank you!

My experience was fantastic. I never write reviews but i have to share my wonderful experience with Christian Brothers. They went above and beyond to fix my car, offered excellent service. They provided a vehicle while my car was being fixed, i have never experienced such great service from a mechanic place. Jorge is very helpful, professional. I highly recommend this place.

This center is amazing. I always found it very reliable. I do regularly oil change here. Also I got regular maintenance done. Recently I had issue with my car. There was something struck to car from bottom. I was worried about that and went here. I talked to Hyrum Mullikin and he helped to inspect car thoroughly. There was some minor issue which they fixed during curtesy inspection itself. I am really thankful to Hyrum.

Came here for an oil change. I was late to my appointment but the stuff was okay with it and treated me with a smile. They also did not try to up sell millions of stuff that my car did not need. Along with the oil change, they provided a free basic car inspection and found my car is in good condition. They also top off my fluids with no extra charge. I’ll be back in a few months.

The guys at this CB are always responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Since I got my vehicle in early, I was able to get my windshield turned around in the same day.

Took my sons truck for service. The staff is professional, friendly and go above and beyond to provide awesome sevice. Our truck was ready earlier than originally thought, which is nice. Hardworking team with great service and that is why we continue to take all our vehicles to Christian Brothers for all our automotive needs.

Did their best to help my with my car. Booked it in for a diagnostic, but when they realized they just needed to reset the check engine light on my car and let me drive it for 50 miles they chose not to charge me.

I take my 4Runner here to get oil changes when my husband is too busy to change it. Everyone is very professional and accommodating. I like that they check everything, document it, and go over everything with you. I don’t feel pressured to buy anything or make repairs, but it’s nice to know they do a thorough inspection of everything. I’m in and out in an hour and they have a comfy couch to hangout.

Attracted by their 50$ full synthetic oil change and gave them a try but did not earn my next service. I made an appointment online, dropped my car at 1200 and was told that oil change will be done in one hour. I think it is fine to stay and spend all my lunch break time. But my car is ready at 1:40, which is too slow. Seems they spend a lot of time for inspection. I do fully appreciate their fancy pic/video inspection report. But they even took a video walking around around my 4 year 70k miles old car saying "minor scratches on vehicle body". And also pictures of my dirty air filters, of course. Anyway, good service quality, good price but they can really save some time for stay-and-wait-oil-change-only customers. Thanks.

Dropped the truck off a day after having electrical issues and my check engine light coming on. They took their time to do a thorough check of the vehicle and recommended a few repairs that they identified. Had a few other recommendations but did not push anything on me that wasn’t necessary for the issue that brought me in. Super professional and friend during drop off and pick up. Answered any questions I had, even when calling to check in on the status. Would definitely recommend them.

My Mom is going to be 76 this year. So we’re trying to get her to take Uber because she’s not driving very well lately (we should have done this 40 years ago!). While visiting from out of town, I was using her car and noticed that her inspection/registration was expired. I was just at a business networking meeting and met Rashad Norman who told me I could bring the car in right away and he’d fit me in for an inspection. I got there and the staff were amazing! Rashad got me in for inspection right away and even told me where I could grab a snack and coffee around the corner. As soon as I sat down to enjoy my muffin and coffee, Rashad called me and let me know the car was ready. It had only been about 15 minutes! Simply awesome!

Terrible Customer Service! I brought my car in to see about my gas casket. Waited for over two hours, they never pulled my car around. I understand others have appointments, but to have others waiting for that long is unacceptable. No one followed up with my car, or me. When I asked the front desk agent how long it would take. He stated “ well, we don’t even know what wrong with it, what is wrong with it?” And proceeded to roll his eyes. Like sir, I told when I checked in and on the phone. I will never use this location again.

The service is great and fast！But a male receptionist at the front desk is very unprofessional! He has a very grumpy temper! Maybe it's because I'm an Asian face? I don't want to communicate with me! I don't know what I did wrong? I think if he receives me next time I come back here, I will go out directly!

Had my vehicle inspection done at CBA Firethorne. Very friendly and professional staff, both Christian and Steve were exceedingly courteous and helpful in getting the job done. Scheduling the appointment online was very convenient and they did the job well within the time indicated. Strongly recommended!

Very friendly staff. Completed the oil change quickly even with several cars already in the bays. The report they gave me after completion was excellent. It was sent to my phone. They called out things and potential issues they saw with pics and a video of the importance of the fix. Definitely bringing my cars back when service is needed again.

Was great and everyone is super nice and friendly. My car was there for an extended period of time, and I was given a loaner to drive for that entire period of time. They worked hard at trying to come to a conclusion on what was wrong with my car and once they found what was wrong, everything moved along rather quickly.
