Once again the customer service was hands down the best experience I continue to have with this company. This was my second visit, one that was for a brake caliper sticking, and once again the tech was thorough skilled and efficient. Came in expecting to need a new caliper but unfortunately was worse than I expected and found out I was needing both sides of the brake system repaired due to one side being frozen in place and the other not retracting. Even with the increase in work the repairs were done perfectly and in a fast time frame. The repairs were absolutely perfect and due to the what was needed to get done is now covered by their 3/36k warranty. I can not say this enough of you need your vehicle worked on you need to bring it to the karns Christian brothers you will not be disappointed.

I had an issue with my truck early one morning while on the way to an appointment. I stopped in their store, and even though they were busy they took care of my truck promptly and the owner himself drove me to my appointment while my truck was being worked on. Great customer service and locally owned!

I have brought multiple vehicles here, most recently was out of town and my daughters vehicle began to act up. She brought her vehicle into Christian Brothers Karns and everyone from Justin and Stephen upfront to Nick in the shop, treated my daughter and I like family. As well as did repair her vehicle and got her back on the road. If you are thinking of getting your vehicle repaired I would strongly consider this shop. Above and beyond the greatest experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find it to be a beautiful shop, professional service and integrity. The waiting area very comfortable. However it is pricey but you get what you pay for.

I am highly pleased with my services at Christian Brothers Automotive. Justin Lowe, was welcoming upon check-in and answered all of my questions regarding pricing. Stephen Dickerson, was the Technician assigned to manage my services. He provide detailed information (visuals and estimates) for the recommended services in the future. The customer service is phenomenal. I will most certainly return, and encourage family and friends to support this local business. I recently had my tires replaced and aligned at Christian Brothers at Karns, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Nick, who assisted me throughout the process, provided outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood my options. The work was completed promptly and conveniently. Highly recommend this shop for their excellent service and Nick’s wonderful attention to detail!

I took my 2008 4Runner in for replacement of the original suspension support. Customer service is unmatched and Steven answered ALL of my questions (more than once 😏). You can’t go wrong with a 36k/3yr warranty on their work. They offer transportation, hot coffee and fresh made cookies. (IS THIS PLACE FOR REAL) ???? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CBA IN KARNS. 10/10 experience, customer service, and value. Nick was a very knowledgeable and professional mechanic and now my Tacoma feels brand new. The front of house staff was also just as professional and helped me price out a repair that I could afford. I came in for failing suspension and a failing steering rack. They looked at my truck at no charge and Nick agreed with my suspicions and also pointed out in the vehicle inspection a few problems I overlooked and provided pictures and video evidence since I just dropped it off. Problems included a leaking radiator cap, failing battery and worn ball joints. Nick and the rest of staff did not pressure me for these simple repairs and even recommended the ball joints are not at the point of replacement. So I swapped all that out on my own after picking up truck. I cannot recommend this shop enough. They gave me a free ride to and from my destination. All staff was professional and understanding. If you say they are expensive you have not been to other shops recently. All the shops are about the same nowadays on labor costs but not the same quality of work. I also recommend asking for Nick especially for Toyotas.

Christian Brothers Karns location was probably one of the best experiences of my life. First of all I was greeted by employees who offered me a cold and crispy Coca Cola which is my favorite. Secondly, the lounge area where I was able to wait for my car was so comfy and made me wanna take a nap. Third, it smelt like Christmas time inside which is also my favorite. My car also runs amazing now and stopped having that bullshit exhaust problems.

This place saved me this summer. I would’ve had the worst summer 2024 ever if Christian brothers didn’t take me in and make me feel like a priority. What does christian brothers mean to me? Christian brothers means family, friends, and comfort. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Christian Brothers Automotive has demonstrated what every business should do but unfortunately doesn't do. Honesty and Integrity. Honest because they pointed out services that are recommended, but also advised being taken advantage of if others advised differently. Integrity - well if you build your business on honesty than the principal of integrity will demonstrate itself. I will not hesitate in bringing any and all work on my family's vehicles to CBA. They have earned that for sure. I just wish I had found them sooner. You will too!

Everything about my experience from start to finish was top notch. Great service. The shuttle service was helpful and greatly appreciated. The staff were all courteous and professional and did not pressure me to do more than I wanted done to my cars. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Hands down some of the best customer service and experience that I’ve had in a very long time. I drive a 2019 Toyota Tacoma that has a fair amount of modifications both to the body suspension and engine. The service writer and the technician both had ample experience and skill to address my concerns, do my required maintenance, answer my questions which gave me relief that my vehicle was being taken care of properly. 100% recommend to all the locals and outsiders to come and have your Vehicle worked on here.

Only went in this visit for an alignment on my old truck. Declined the inspection and wasn't hassled about it, which I love, because I'm well aware of what needs repair and service. Not because I'm negligent, I've just been doing all of my own maintenance, repairs, and building for 20 years now. I'm not a professional, but I'm smart enough to be dangerous. That is irrelevant, but it's nice to go somewhere and not have a shop try to leach you dry of every dollar possible. The alignment was quick. They started off with a walknaround video of your vehicle before they even moved it. When completed, everything is sent to you by a link to see a full report and service of your vehicle. Caught the employee filling up my windshield washer fluid, too. There was no extra charge for it. They just wanted to make sure I could see. Sneaky.. I see you, bro. Staff we're friendly and professional. They offered food and drinks. The waiting area is comfy and provides space for lounging and a bartop like area for laptops if you need to work. Highly recommend this location if you need anything done. I'm happy to have them in Karns.

Overall was pleased with the work and price, but was very pleased with the service and follow-up. All of the Advisors that I had contact with, especially Stephen, were very friendly and at no point tried to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Will definitely be back.

This place spoiled us on auto repair shops. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful, and I say this as a woman who’s gotten good at noticing when a mechanic is trying to sell a nonsense service. Even my husband commented on everyone’s professionalism when he picked up the car, using their free shuttle service which they made sure to offer, saving us the cost of a ride service. This was our first visit but won’t be the last.
