Made an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment for 8am, was told the vehicle would be ready in 2 hours. Returned at 11am and the vehicle was not touched. Asked for my keys and was not even given a simple apology. Complete waste of time.

I took my truck in for a brake issue that was resolved. But they told me I needed to replace the upper control arm and lower control arm ball joints. They replaced the driver side lower control arm ball joint back in 2020 or 2021 I don’t remember exactly. I took the truck to the 1463 Christian Brothers location to have the upper and lower ball joints replaced. I was then informed that there was a possibility that a bolt on the CV shaft was seized and that I would need to replace the driver side CV shaft. I was furious at this point because I knew that the Christian Brothers location on 99 were the ones who replaced the lower control arm ball joint. If you see the threads it clearly shows that it was over torqued. I called the 99 location and the guy there tried to deflect responsibility. I had to replace the CV shaft on the driver side in turn costing me more money.

I went to my Ford Dealer for a check as my car was hesitating to start, they said it’ll take several days, which I didn’t think was necessary, so I left. Immediately started looking for options around town and read some reviews in Google about CBA. This is my only car so I needed same day service. Roger took care of me patiently. Booked the shuttle home. I TRUSTED Roger and he did not fail to keep me up to date with the service all day long via text messages, and I love how easy and convenient was knowing what was going on with the car and see the pictures and videos. Around 4pm he told me my car was ready. What a impressive, convenient, and informative service you have. Appreciate all the help from Roger and Oskar for taking care of me. Will definitely return for everything my car needs.

Very nice guys and did great job fixing issues i had on my car. The only complaint I had was they didn't clean the area of the car where they were doing the work. Left alot of grease and handprints all over both my front fends while working under the hood. Didn't use a mechanics blanket, and it was a greasy mess that I had to take to a car wash to clean. For how much I spent, I would have thought they'd have at least cleaned up their mess. Otherwise, it was a great experience with knowledgeable mechanics. Thanks, guys!

Very pleased with the service I received. Electrical issues are not easily diagnosed but they did it and resolved the problems. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to anyone who needs them.

They checked the car the next day, and I didn’t receive any updates on the first day. The car still has the same issue and was not fixed. I'm having a problem with the A/C; it’s not cooling enough.

I am so happy I actually found out about this place after Toyota’s transmission oil price was a bit high for me. It took a few phone calls to other places and then this one came up on my list. The price was the lowest so far for me and Nick, who has the same name as me, was very professional and kind. He was also accommodating and reasonable especially since the delivery truck that has my oil was running late. Nick said they could reserve my spot for me at the scheduled appointment of my choice on the same day. So convenient. Also, the delivery truck finally delivered my transmission oil for them to change it. They were patient with me with my busy schedule and also apologized for so many delays today. Super professional and because of the service and pricing, I will be back! This right here is an honest smaller auto shop business

ALWAYS so helpful and thorough in their work. Today I had to bring my toddler for the first time and, to both of our excitement, they have their own branded coloring book—whaaaat!? One of the gentlemen offered it to my son and he was ecstatic. Thank you for great service!

Overall honest and no doubt the best service around that you can find in terms of hours, answering the phones, cleanliness and diagnostic accuracy of vehicles issues. However, take a look at those estimates, some funky stuff therein in my opinion. 250$ for a euro cabin filter (made in china version which they put in). That seems a little steep when the German made part on amazon retail price is ~20$; it takes 5-8 minutes to install. That's an incredible hourly rate if you do the arithmetic. Still, will return when need to b/c the average auto shop is still so scammy.

The team at this location is A+. They are courteous and attentive. They communicate well, especially through thier texting system which shows you repairs, pictures and estimated costs along with a red, yellow, green icon to indicate the urgency of the repair. Highly recommend them for your auto repairs. Oh, and they have a very convenient courtesy shuttle.

Quickly diagnosed my issue after working with others for over a year. Fantastic detailed written report that breaks items down into what is urgent, what is recommended and what to consider later. Completed repairs by the end of the day. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Great shuttle service and nice waiting room as well!
