Recently took my collector car to have minor work performed, mass airflow sensor replaced, rear brakes and rotors, replace sparkplugs and wires, replace front sway bar. I had other concerns that I thought needed attention but was informed these concerns did not need attention. Now they could of said yes but were very honest to let me know these concerns are fine. I like how they use a work order system they use to explain their findings and you can approve the needed repairs and submit the workorder back to them. Damian the service advisor was excellent to work with. Will definately use their services in the future.

I would like to start by saying I have used Christian brother's automotive at several locations and never ever had an issue. I love the convenience of being right here and up until this visit never had an issue. I dropped my car off for an oil change. After a recent replacement of the hood latch under the hood of the car I received a phone call from Christian Brother's stating that they could not open my hood. I let them know I will come over on my lunch break to see if I could open it as we have never had an issue even after changing the hood latch. When I got there the plastic coverings were all pulled open and the pull lever for the hood wouldn't even fully go in. I explained to them that my car did not look like this when I dropped it off and they swore up and down that this is the way it was dropped off. The gentleman did ask me to just leave it to see what he could do but made sure I knew it was not there fault this is how I brought it in. If you do choose to still go here after this dishonest behavior make sure you take before pictures of what your car looked like. They will call you a liar to not take responsibility!!

Had a great experience at Christian Brothers. My battery was not holding charge and after speaking with people at Autozone and Walmart I went to CB looking for a solution. Not only did they offer me a free ride home (it was my only day off work) they found the problem and fixed it all within the 5 minutes I was waiting. They were so incredibly kind and did not charge me anything this time as it was (for them) a simple fix! Will forever be a repeat customer. Thank you for turning my day around. You are appreciated!

Quick, friendly, and polite. Nice waiting area with comfortable seating. I have been going to Christian Brothers at 1421 FM 1463 Katy, TX since January 2019. Before that, I would take my car to CB in Humble where I had lived. I have never felt uncomfortable or pushed into repairs at all. I am mechanically inclined so I am able to track on the explanation of the repairs. I have taken my four vehicles there and will continue to do so. I actually trust CB more than I do the dealership. Also, I had to take one of my vehicles back for a suspension issue and it was covered under their warranty. I had forgot that they warranty their work. One more thing, the location is nice because I can walk over to Starbuck's, get a smoothie, or eat at one of the restaurants next to them while waiting (if I want to wait).
