My daughter was in Frisco to visit a friend and had engine trouble on the way there. Car would barely get over 45 MPH so she took it to Christian Bros Frisco West. Quick facts: They will take advantage of anyone who isn't familiar with auto repair. Charged my daughter $195 for an engine oil flush and oil change. Charged another $160 for engine diagnostic test which concluded that her transmission was bad. Wanted $9000 to replace the transmission. WHY CHANGE THE OIL in a car with a bad transmission? Anyway..... I paid the $380 ransom bill and took it elsewhere. Turns out it had a clogged catalytic converter! Transmission was fine. Repair cost $450 NOT $9000. Also had a laundry list of things they said needed to be done according to the diagnostic test. Why would you ever go there?

They offer during the year check ups on your vehicle. I learned a few things I didn’t know about my rear brakes and tires. Correct info really helps my choices and how to move forward.

I had an outstanding experience with Christian Brothers Automotive! John, my representative, provided exceptional service from start to finish. I had been dealing with long-term issues with my brakes and alignment, but they were able to quickly diagnose the problems and provide clear, transparent pricing and estimates. What really stood out to me was their commitment to customer service. They repaired my car efficiently and even provided a shuttle to work so I didn’t have to miss any time. Friendly staff, however, bring a big book you’ll be waiting for a while. I had an appointment at 12pm…at 1pm truck hadn’t moved, I asked for my keys back. Drove to brakes plus, walked right in, no appointment needed, they preformed my wheel alignment… wham bam…at the speed CB Auto was working, I would’ve been there until close.

My AC was blowing cool air in the morning but as the day progressed, my AC began to blow warmer air. I took my car into this shop. Big Mistake! Not only did they quote me almost $3,000 (for the AC repairs), but when I received my car back… It didn’t blow anymore cool air (as it had when I dropped it off). I went to another shop and AC was fixed for under $500. Additionally, as stated by an ex-employee in an online review (just search the reviews), they tried to charge extra for struts, etc. As always, they will leave a generic response (I.e., about earning your trust and making it right). Christian Brothers Automotive, you know what you can do? Stop your unscrupulous practices, take the word “Christian” out of your name, and read one of those Bibles you have sitting in your lobby.

Always having an amazing experience . Staff are so friendly and welcoming. They will help with any car issues . lot of patience and understanding. Clear communication and explanation . Everyone is very helpful. Great service , polite , friendly and very neat environment . The waiting room is very calming and they offer you beverages as well . They have coffee available in their waiting room (super neat) .walk in any time even at their busy days. They will never disappoint you. Always willing to help you. I highly recommend Christian brothers. Excellent service . Thank you Christian’s brother for all your hard work , efforts and patience.

Thank you, Christian Brothers Automotive- 8110 FM 423, Frisco location. My engine cooling system on my 2017 Ford F150 gave out. Brought it into Christian Brothers Automotive as they are not far from my house. They were able to diagnose the root of the problem and provide a written report with photos. (Unlike a lot of other places that will just verbally tell you and not put anything on paper until you pay for the invoice). They were able to get all the parts and I was able to get my vehicle back the end on the next day. Had my vehicle back for a day and its good as new. Thank you again!

These guys are awesome and my go-to place for car maintenance. They're honest, reliable, and give you a good bang for your buck. I've never had any issues with them, and they did a great job with my transmission oil change. It's been a year, and I haven't had any slippage. The only inconvenience I got, which ain't their fault, is that they dont carry Asmoil. I swapped my car's engine, and it needs Asmoil. Hopefully, they'll expand their stock in the future.

Highly Recommend!!! MILITARY VETERAN friendly location. DJ is an amazing manager. I saw the reviews that said people were surprised about their bill.. This WAS NOT how it happened for me. They text you to approve pricing and give you a hard estimate.. they are Very Transparent and friendly. The quality of work is top rate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Super friendly employees and true to their word on your appointment time. It’ll always be my “go to” for my car needs. Started going to them in Virginia and was totally excited to see they had local shops here after I moved to Texas.
