While the cost and inconvenience of auto repairs is never something one would call fun - I have to say that CBA has become a trusted vendor for us in knowing that when these things occur, that we will get treated fairly, honestly and professionally. Their work is always top notch, they aren’t trying to upsell services and they truly go out of their way to ensure you get exactly what you need at a fair price. That’s pretty rare these days. Highly recommended.

I decided to come here because the reviews all said how great the service was, but many talked about them being over-priced. This is a commissions based company, so at the end of the day they will try to sell you as much as possible instead of what you need, and I can confirm this. Over-all you can 100% guarantee that you be overcharged here. For example, I came in with a thermostat issue, it needed to be replaced. After the $150 diagnostic fee, they quoted me over $900 for that problem alone, along with several other 'maintenance' things my car needed, like my brake fluid and my battery which totalled to like $2500.🤨 Little did they know I had my breaks checked 3 days prior and was told they were at 60% and didn't need any work done. They also wanted to do work on my battery because it was 'testing weakly'. Anways, I went to get a second opinion from another shop that quoted me only 500 for the thermostat replacement plus labor, that Christian brothers was trying to quote me over 900 for. (412 for the part, 433 for the labor, and 80 for 2× coolant that I had just had flushed 1 week prior.) By getting a second opinion I saved an insane amount of money. If they quote you and it seems excessively high, I promise you it is and I would take the time to get a second opinion like I did because it will SAVE YOU SO MUCH MONEY.

Always great service! I appreciate their thoroughness, fantastic communication, honesty and integrity. I especially appreciate receiving an emailed report of proposed recommendations to consider. This makes for much better communication and allows me to fully consider my options. I’ve never felt pressured and all my questions are fully answered before I authorize any service. I had a 3 o'clock appointment to get my car service. The service was to be completed in about 1 1/2 hours. I received a courtesy ride home about a mile away. I was not called until about 5:30. At that time, the courtesy service had ended, so I had no way to get back to the shop other than walk. Once I got there, I was told that they made an error in not calling me at 4:30 when my car was ready. I get ready to pay, and the guy said that since we did not call you on time, there will be no charge. Great customer service!

I just want to say that Christian Brothers has been a really good place for me to bring my family’s vehicles. I have had a hard time in the past finding transparency when it comes to a mechanic. But I have used Christian Brothers for a few years now for all my family’s vehicles and every time they have been transparent and very easy to work with. Thank you Zach, Cullen, Clancy, Brandon, Mike, Jeremy and anyone else who has been involved in the fixing, maintenance, and communication of my vehicles. It is not unnoticed, but very appreciated.

I recently had my 2020 Fusion worked on. They were friendly and informative from the beginning. Kept me informed during the entire process (automated texts). It was really helpful when scheduling rides. The courtesy shuttle came in handy when one of my rides fell through (within 10 miles of the shop). The driver was personable and professional, as were all of the employees I encountered. I never felt judged for not knowing the technical terms, nor when I declined a few of their suggested repairs. The only critique I have is that the prices are a little high. But considering how many different services they provide.. I feel that it's worth it. They also had my car for less than 2 days and had me repaired and out the door, hard to top that! I will/ have already recommended the Santa Fe location to friends and family. Great job, guys, keep it up!

Appreciate the customer service and attention I received. All new rotors and brakes in 2 hrs including an alignment. They will shuttle you anywhere with 10 miles.

Been using Christian Brothers for years. Love that they have always been honest, trustworthy and never pushy. Just the facts and I get to choose what I want to fix or not. Love the new owner and the team he’s assembled…knowledgeable, always courteous and very professional. Love that they can provide transportation back home when needed. Will continue using them. Highly recommend!!!

I had a electrical issue for my car and the technicians analyzed it and fixed it. Everything was done in a timely manner. I had no transportation and they took me home and picked me up when the car was done. I recommend this business to have your vehicle worked on. Thankyou you for helping me.

I will never bring my car to this business and you shouldn’t either. Through the inspection process we asked for the mechanic to look at our transmission which was working fine but occasionally finding the wrong gear. They reported that the transmission was low on fluid and that they corrected this problem. Immediately, after leaving the repair shop, our transmission overheated, caused by too much transmission fluid being added. The over heating event caused the fluid to burn and clog the transmission cooler. They have refused to take responsibility for this mistake which led to costly repairs. This was a direct result of misdiagnosis of the original problem. I explained that the transmission was working fine before we left the car with them but they refuse to take responsibility. I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere. We used the Christian brothers at the Santa Fe and Danforth location.

Thank you for all the staff working on my Envoy, I was able to get in within a day and a half, by am the problem was found. Part ordered and problem fixed, this is the way I like it They sent updated texts, as well as a phone call to inform of problem and cost. Vehicle is left clean , I liked that.This location is convenient for me , I can always walk after dropping off and going to pick up. Thank you, Donna

WINDW FIXED AT CHRISTINSEN OVER $500.00. THEY CHARGED RIGHT AT $200.00 FOR THE PART. $75.00 FOR THE DANOSTIC FEE. I AREADY KNEW WHAT PROBLEM WAS THE BODYSHOPM LOOKED AT IT AND SAID THE PART WPOULD COST About $85.00 at 0'RILEY'S. SAMW THING HAPPENED TO OUR OTHER VEHICLE TOOK IT TO SAFELITE. THEY LET ME PICK UP THE PART AT O'RILEY'S IT COST $80.OO. PAID THEM $75.00 TO INSTALL IT. MORE THAN $300.00 LESS THAN CHRISTIANSEN'S. CAN YOU SAY [PRICE GOUGING THIEVES????????!!!!!! RIPOFFS

I ask only two things when my car needs service be honest, and be proficient. I am not easy to be impressed so it means a lot when I say they hit the mark. The level of customer service surpassed those lesser establishment that work to take advantage of us. Please don't change anything just stay the example for others to follow. Update 1 AUG 2024 The words you hate to hear, this is the IRS calling the doctor tells you this will not hurt much, or the unplanned expense of a transmision repair. I wish the others would be as good as the Christian Brothers staff. The level of communication and do just what they say from looking at the issue to explaining what needs to be done. The sun will come up and set just like cars will break. If looking for service that is from when you walk in to job complete they are worthy of you business. BIG THANK YOU.

I recently took my Odyssey to Christian Brothers to diagnose why my a/c would not cool. They recharged the system and it has worked good ever since. The complementary inspection (with photos) that they performed was very helpful for me to be aware of any future problems. The updates during the repair process were also much appreciated. I highly recommend them.

I sent my car in for an oil change and a misfire on cylinder 2. This shop sent me an estimate totaling over $2,000 for all kinds of flushes and other work which was not needed and they were banking on me to naively check the approval box on the text message. I suggest you find yourself a good trustworthy ethical mechanic before you take your vehicle here.

Saved a bunch of money coming here instead of the dealership. Honda told me my splashguard needed to be replaced and quoted several hundred dollars for repair. These guys easily foxed my current splashguard and saved me so much money. They charged fair price for other work I needed done. They were friendly and had professional adults working the front counter.

Terrible service. They called telling me that my motor and regulator for my driver side window needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me $1400 to do it. I said no thank you, picked up my vehicle and took it to another local repair shop who said my motor was fine and replaced the regulator plus labor for only $450. Update: I recieved a call today and they have refunded my $75 diagnostics fee. The owner was kind and although we did not agree on what happened, I appreciated him following up and ultimately refunding my money.

We had to have very significant work done, and I just appreciate so much how organized Christian Brothers was so that I could read a checklist and understand what repairs were needed and the pricing of each item. Our car is running smoothly, and yes I do recommend CBA!

We recently got our thermometer fixed for the second time with them all around great service, very quick service, and at no cost due to our warranty from the previous fix. Would definitely recommend their service.
