I received professional service in reasonable amount of time. They did a thorough checkup and ended up replacing a gear shift and rear brakes. They even provided a ride for me. It’s been a couple weeks now and everything is running smoothly. I plan to bring my car back.

Really impressed with the care they took to make sure our needs were met. They were extremely fair as we got quotes from a few places before ultimately deciding to let them fix our car. Heads up to anyone reading this. Before even considering getting work done here I advise you to watch out. I took my car in December 3rd for a check engine light problem, paid for the diagnostic, and then whatever they did to the car I picked it up December 23rd, drove it off the property 3WEEKS AFTER TAKING IT IN and it broke down within a half mile and had to get it towed. They still don’t even know what happened to the truck, and I cannot even drive it anymore. Christian Brothers are sketchy and incompetent! Highly recommend not doing business with them, and completely avoid them at all costs!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Watch out.

Super nice and prompt service the first few times I’d been in for oil changes and inspections; however, I had gotten my rear brake pads replaced back in October and in my inspection report yesterday, Cody at front desk reported my brake pads have already been worn down to 6mm?? New brake pads are 10-12mm. I’ve only driven 913 miles since then 3 months ago when they got replaced. There are obviously no hills around here. This makes absolutely no sense. Seems like they did not even give me new rear brake pads since there’s no way they can be that worn down 3 months after replacement!

They were able to get me in that day and finished in the time that I needed it completed in. We're very professional and courteous and provided transportation for my assistant who was dropping the car off and picking it up.

I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to everyone. Before retirement, I worked as an automotive engineer for a large automotive manufacturer for more than 20 years (I know automotive work) and Christian Brothers was very detailed and I can honestly say, "Very Trustworthy!" If you don't know about cars, please be careful out there. There are a lot of automotive dealers, mechanics and garages out there who, "are waiting to take advantage of you." If I were you, (ONLY unless I had a close friend or family member in the auto repair business that I KNEW that I could trust) I'd only trust my repair needs to Christian Brothers Automotive. This place is incompetent and sketchy. They will over charge you and then try to do work on the car, but will later send you somewhere else because they do not know what they are doing. Ask around Wichita and auto places will tell you that majority of their business comes to them because Christian Brothers cannot get the job done. They overcharged for work on my car, and then my car breaks down after picking it up from their shop. DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY FAR AWAY.

I'm a 76 year old senior with a 2004 car. This is my 3rd time at CBA east since I moved to Kansas in September. Each visit I'm greeted , and each phone call and person coming in also, to a professional , clean, knowledgeable staff. They did the job and explained in detail what I needed. I highly recommend CBA east for peace of mind with your vehicle. The service is tops . Thank you C BA east and staff!!

Took my vehicle to be serviced and when I returned to my car, I noticed a very fresh (paint shavings still where scrapes were) scrapes on my drivers side front bumper. Brought the issue to their attention and they denied anything happened while the car was in their shop. I asked them to pull camera footage to check to see if they could see if something happened in their parking lot and was told they would look into it. I never heard a thing back. Unfortunately they lost my business.
