I got my ford f150 towed to their shop. They Found the problem. Called & Told me they couldn’t find the part locally and then I asked for the price they 570 something i okayed it. Got the invoice these dudes charged me 359$ for a 70 dollar part😂😡. I called tried to get them to refund the difference would not bc I agreed to the original price. WARNING PRICE CHECK THIS PLACE BEFORE AGREEING TO PRICE. I also called authorized ford dealerships and they all had this part in stock. Other than that they were nice. Also the ford dealership said they sell that part for 106$ which is what I train to get them to go to.

I've used Christian brothers about 3 times now and I have not been disappointed. They've always provided good service; they are friendly and reasonable. They treat you right and do good work. I will keep coming back when I need work done on my car.

Had wiring damage in engine compartment from nesting rodent. They took care of that and more for very reasonable price. Fast, friendly and competent. I will be a repeat customer! Thanks for getting the Land Yacht back on the road!

This is my first time using Christian Brothers. Thus far I have had a positive experience. Thorough courtesy check performed by Chris and written upon by Brandon, received courtesy ride to the park. Michael, my driver, was friendly. Weston at the front desk was patient and professional. Brandon spent time talking on the phone with me, was upfront about time of potential labor and costs, about what is critical and what is not. He was also understanding about finances and what would be worth it to me as the customer given my needs and the condition of the car. The work inspected and discussed involved oil leaks/a transmission leak as well as low coolant level and an exhaust leak. We have a 2001 Honda accord nearing 200k miles. Received a good experience thus far as well as free coffee. I may update later after becoming more experienced with the company. I was at the East Edmond 2nd street location.

I went there earlier this year and I have to say, these are some honest people. I appreciate them! Update (9/16): These guys charge an arm and a leg: I was quoted $700 at a dealership for a problem I had while Christian brothers automotive charged me nearly $2000! Never thought I’d see the day when a Nissan dealership charges less than an “Christian” auto body shop. To add, they don’t even include the diagnostic fee in the repair price if you let them do the work.

They were so accommodating and friendly! They gave me a ride to work and back with very friendly staff. They were very thorough in checking over my car and didn’t try to pressure me at all. Their prices are very competitive and I will definitely go there again!

Gave me amazing service. I was in town for work and my car broke down. They got it fixed up in one day. They gave me a full report on everything for my vehicle! It's a shame I live so far away!!

In the process of troubleshooting the issues I brought the truck in for, they found some minor things and simply fixed them and didn't charge me for it. I have a Maxcare car warranty and they worked well with those folks, which saved me a great deal of money. Their prices don't break the bank.

Mike and the team are great at CB on 2nd street. They do great work and are extremely honest. I trust them with all of my vehicle maintenance. If you haven’t let them help you with your maintenance requirements, you should. You won’t regret it. -Josh

Wonderful car care place. I was looking for a all around automobile place. Stopped in because I saw the oil change special so glad I did! I will be using Christian Brothers from now on!!! 08/22/2024 Months continue to give this care care business 5 Stars!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The lobby waiting area allows you to see the technicians working, chargers for your cell phone ready and waiting apple and android, cold water, Keurig for tea etc. I mean what else do you need ? Oh yes last but not least wonderful CHRISTian music in the background. Yep long review but necessary for those like me finicky and specific! Your welcome Lol 😂

We’ve only been back in Edmond for a year but Christian Brothers has performed maintenance on all 3 vehicles. Service writers and technicians are efficient, accurate, and up front. They’ve also completed a major front end repair on my grandson’s car which was pre-owned and had front end issues. CB diagnosed problem, discovered that car had been in a front end accident and was not properly repaired. Drives great now. Highly recommended!

After being asked to leave a review, here I am, even though I was going to wait a few days to ensure my car was taken care of properly at another mechanic before I left a review. I was very appreciative of the quickness of service for diagnostically testing my alternator and battery. However, I was shocked by the price quotes. $943 plus tax for alternator replacement and labor, then right at about $500 for battery replacement and labor. I quickly called around to see if that was the best price. I ended up having my car towed to another shop in Guthrie, and even with the tow, I ended up saving alot of money. The other shop said my battery just needed charged and replaced the alternator and changed the oil and it all together cost me $755 with tax and the diagnostic test. I am not saying you shouldn't use Christian Brothers but the best part of being a consumer is having options and taking the extra time to do your research may be worth it.
