Had my girlfriends car repaired here. Great service with clear communication on what the problem was as well as repair time and cost. Trevor and Anthony took very care of us and made sure we were happy with the service before leaving the lot.

UPDATE 1/28/2025 @9:26am: They called & tried to bribe me into changing my review! This place seems to have some major INTEGRITY issues! I'm NOT changing anything! You want aomething changed, change out your rude employees! UPDATE 1/29/2025 @ 10am: We called in to make an appointment for alignment. Not only was the service advisor, Marlon, EXTREMELY rude, their alignment price have doubled since the last visit. Guy hung up the phone on my wife when she was in the process of asking a question. I called the location on I10 - Katy & they quoted me $114 compared to Copperfields $175 for alignment. Guess we're driving out of our way to go to Katy location, because there sure is an A$$hat named Marlon working at the copperfield location. Alignment Came Out Perfect! Was Very Efficient. Nice Waiting Area. Lee Was My Service Advisor. He Was Very Knowledgeable And Proffessional. He Asked The Right Questions In Order To Effectively And Properly Get My Vehicle Aligned Right The First Time. Leon Was The Technician That Did The Alignment. He Alignment It Perfectly! I Will Return For Future Services!

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Christian Brothers for several years. My experience with their service and communication has always been exceptional. I feel they’re honest and with integrity which takes a business a long ways with their customers trust. I’m impressed with the new communication system used to stay in contact with you from start to finish. Their digital vehicle inspection report even have photos of areas needing attention. No “gimmicks” or “gotchas” from Christian Brothers who in my opinion has always stood up to their name.

This Christian brothers location is slightly hidden on FM 529 and that isn’t good considering how great their customer service is. Equally, the work they did on my car was done well with all information being communicated both on the phone AND digitally. I appreciate that everything was explained in a manner that made me understand what was most important and what could be taken care of on a future trip. Very well done!

Had my car towed into this location bc of a former employee Paul and knowing he wasn’t out to get people for money. Thought the whole shop was like that and always loved this shop. I guess he was the only one not trying to just get money from customers. They told me for 1 bad fuel injector it would cost me $3000. Took my car right across the street to Cliffs and paid $1200 less! Cliffs put 3 new injectors 2 new fuel pumps and 6 new sparks plugs for the lower price. I’ll never go back.

Saw add pop up on IG for $14.95 oil change. Made appointment and showed up for Classic "bait & switch". They said it's $59 because your car takes full synthetic and the $14.95 is only simi-synthetic. Told them i selected FULL SYNTHETIC and showed them the screenshots showing oil selected and price quoted. Avoid

BUYERS BEWARE My wife took her car in because it was having trouble shifting into reverse but it was still drivable. After they did "nothing to it" according to them, the clutch pedal was suddenly sunken and the car was not drivable. When asked what could be done they simply reminded us about their weekend. Not very Christian or brotherly, hardly automotive.

Christian Brothers staff and technicians were very supportive and wonderful with my auto repair needs. Every thing from the free ride home and commutation updates kept me comfortably taken care of. Im most appreciative of the care they provided me with making repairs work within my budget without taking any shot cuts to provide complete repairs for my automobile. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers to take care of all my car repairs. Thank you all for the excellent support and care.

Do not bring your car here !Avoid bringing your vehicle to this location. I brought mine at 7am when they opened, but when I called at 3pm for an update, I found out no work had been done on it. To make matters worse, my car was no longer drivable, so I had to have it towed to another mechanic.

First time there. I had planned of waiting but was offered shuttle service to my home which was great. Communication was great with the estimate cost of what needed to be done. Liked that there were pictures and video of the before and after. Thank you. See you next service Guys !!

I've used Christian Brothers for a while and I have to say that this is probably the nicest I've been to. Matt, the manager, really is about taking care of his customers. Update: I've had yet another successful visit with Christian Brothers automotive. To say they do their best to take care of customers is an understatement. The manager did what he could to keep my cost down and was willing to show me what repairs were needed ASAP and which ones could wait. I really appreciated that
