Although I received the worse diagnostic report u can get (engine blown). I was very pleased & impressed with CBA's professional, accurate, & organized diagnostic process. Their rep.Paul was very helpful, polite, & did an excellent job of explaining the problem & procedures of the diagnosis. They also provided video documentation. CBA received my vehicle from another shop that totally had no clue on diagnostic analysis, CBA was able to pick up the pieces "literally " & give me answers very timely. I want to thank u Paul for your help, although my vehicle wasn't able to be repaired & make economical sense, you guys saved me time & unnecessary expenses. Also I didn't personally meet the tech (Hector) definitely want to acknowledge him, good job. If any family, friends or myself need vehicle repairs in the future CBA is most definitely recommended

I travel coast to coast and Christian Brothers Auto service, continue to keep my vehicle in top running condition. Work began promptly when I arrived for my appointment. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The only issue is that grease smudges were left on the console, arm rest, steering wheel and floor mats of my vehicle.

The whole staff is friendly and helpful. Paul took care of everything for me. My Check Engine light came on and he made sure my warranty was contacted and got approval for the repairs before even letting me know what the issue was. Outstanding service again!

Great service, reasonable price facility was immaculately, clean the restroom was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The workers there Were thoughtful and polite at the same time, very professional. They were knowledgeable, they Were able to inform me what was being done what needed to be done and took good care of the car and took good care of me. In other words, they were exemplary.! I highly recommend Christian Brothers automotive. Because of them I will be getting my brake fluid changed before it causes a problem that I didn’t even know it needed to be changed. They showed me that it had developed a certain amount of grit like sand inside it which happens over time, which causes all kinds of damage to the braking system. if I had gone to a quick change oil place, they never would’ve been able to tell me this. I am so grateful for the way I was treated. I was ready for a long wait and I was provided with a free pocket New Testament Bible to take home, and I was so immersed in the nice surroundings and I was reading the Bible which I needed badly at that moment when they came to get me I wasn’t quite ready to go home. Thank you, Christian brothers you’re awesome!

My experience with Christian Brothers automotive was great. The staff was very nice polite and made me feel very welcome. Gary was who I spoke with and he handled everything for me he was very professional, thoughtful, nice, polite, understanding, patient, and such a gentleman. I thank God that he led me to Christian Brothers. Gary broke everything down to help me understand what was going with my vehicle, and that meant a lot to me. It made me feel comfortable that he was taking his time to help me understand and I really appreciate that from Gary! My vehicle drives good and I will go back to them for anything I need for my vehicle and I also will recommend Christian Brothers to others thank you Gary and family at Christian Brothers.

Potential customer review, not a customer: called in to get an estimate of cost to replace a power steering pump. They did not want to provide an estimate until an inspection was given. As a potential customer trying to get pricing on a budget friendly mechanic shop, we call for best pricing. But clearly they did not need the business. They screen customers and take jobs they want. Dont bother calling for prices.

They went above and beyond, reached back out to me, took the time to educate me and ensure that I was completely comfortable and satisfied with the product and their service. VIEW PICS/RECEIPTS BELOW! I hate to do this but oh well it needs to be done! I came here Christmas Eve to have my oil changed on my 2020 Kia Sportage. My service advisor (Gary F.) tells me the oil change will be $95 !!! I said it should not be anywhere near that amount! I told him I’d been there in the past and never paid more than $54. (Refer to old receipt below from 6/8/23). He then goes back to the computer and tells me it will be $75 and mumbles on about what they pay for the cost of oil. At that point I knew I was getting ripped off and I stepped outside to call the auto-shop that I usually go to but they said they would be closing in 30 min due to holiday. I just paid the $75 as I had to go on a long trip the next day. BUT I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!! What’s crazy is that another lady I met at another repair shop told me that Christian Brothers is notorious for giving women ridiculous price quotes and making up false repairs! This is really sad! And they have the nerve to call themselves Christians! If someone treated their wives like this they would be upset… yet you treat other men’s wives and daughters like cash cows! If you don’t believe me…take a look at the charges listed on my receipt below! The $25 discount (after I called out their bullsh*t) brought it down to the $75 which is still grossly overpriced for my car! Also take a look at my previous oil change from them where I was charged only $48! I have other receipts from them where I paid $54 and $58 respectively! I guess this Gary dude wanted a little extra Christmas dough! But the fish stinks from the head down and I believe all of their workers carry on with this foolishness! Everyone please take your business elsewhere ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!

The repairs were completed in a timely manner, considering my vehicle is 2009 with only 85, 000 miles. My dad purchased it new and maintained it well. They kept me aware of everything that was needed. They also assisted me in prioritizing the work to be done. The shuttle was very useful. I look forward to working with them in the future.
