Car needed professional attention; had developed concerning sounds, both front and rear beyond my ability to identify. I had used CBA before for minor and routine care. This time, I'm pleased to have had CBA on the job. They kept me apprised on progress on diagnosis and repairs. Also, made my life easier with rides to and from the shop. Very pleased to have my 2015 Audi A3 running like new again.

Avoid this location (and maybe all locations) until they restore their scheduling system to its former glory. Changes to their system have overbooked their resources to the point that pre-scheduled and confirmed appointments are NOT being honored. A one-hour pre-scheduled inspection and oil change took seven hours, a six-hour difference from what used to happen before they made this change. A verbally communicated and verified pre-sale inspection ended up holding the vehicle hostage for eight hours without any work being done on it at all. We have no idea what issues this vehicle may or may not have, and these types of unkept promises defeat the purpose of a pre-sale inspection. Christian Brothers Automotive has lost a loyal customer of ten years to greed. If I can't trust them to manage their workload, I can't trust them with the safety of my family within the vehicles their greed-focused management has implemented.

I had a great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. They were honest and upfront about what my car needed. I was really impressed with how detailed they were in explaining the issues and walking me through the process. Even though I decided not to go ahead with the repair right now, I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision. The staff was super friendly and efficient, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future when I need work done

I had an appointment for 8 am. They keep my vehicle all day without doing any service. I called an hour before close to check on the status, for them to tell me they did nothing and they weren't going to get to it today so I just picked up my vehicle instead. I've used their services for 7 years and in the last 1 or 2 years I noticed a decline in quality. With this incident they finally lost me as a client.

They charged me 90$ for testing a battery. Went to advance auto parts a couple blocks away and saved myself $650 for what they wanted to charge on a battery and 2 screws
