Made an appointment, and had to drop off because they are short handed technicians. Then I was recommended work on my Jeep to find out things they recommended weren’t needed and the spark plugs they quoted me were $45 a plug. Please make sure you check the prices before saying yes to these guys, jay was very rude when I declined the work on my vehicle. I wanted it to be my next shop since it’s so close to home but they are just like all the other shops around.

My girlfriend was in last week and they treated her like she didn’t know anything and overcharged her for services. The owner needs to hire better people. Technicians are recommending things that aren’t needed and still under warranty and the guy up front is smug when you say no to him. He was lucky I was out of town, to all my neighbors by cautious of bringing your cars here. They lie and are not trustworthy.

Excellent service! We were able to get an appointment the same day we called and our car was ready the next day. They did a wonderful job explaining what had happened and what our options were for repair as well. We will definitely continue to use them for any needs we have as well as refer our friends and family to them. Thank you all for your amazing work!

I recently dumped vehicle service at an overpriced, dealership that has declined in its quality of service. Even though it is a longer drive for me to get there, I was impressed by the very attentive service, friendly staff and their use of technology in sending me an easy-to-read service order broken down by the service provided and the cost for each component. that was thoroghly explained to me face-to-face. They actually looked for ways to save me cost with any of their store discounts over and above the 15% discount with Costco Auto Service. They have earned a regular customer!

CBA was awesome! I took my car to the dealership the day before to do an alignment. They handed me a repair estimate with 6k worth of repairs…I knew something was off. I took it the next day to CBA to get an inspection. Everything that the dealer told me was “wrong” with my car was actually not. The “leaks” that the dealer said my car had were non-existent. CBA gave me peace of mind and the customer service was top notch - they gave me a courtesy shuttle home and picked me up when my car was ready. Glad I found an auto shop that I can trust! I will be bringing my cars here going forward.

I knew that I was going to write a review and it was going to be my true feelings. This started for me on 11-6-2024. My car barely made it to the shop along the way I was praying. Because I was coming from work on 95 north and it was really acting up. I walked in and I was really upset however I was allowed to have my moment. I was given a courtesy ride home and the reassurance that my car would be in good hands. I received the inspection report then a detailed estimate followed. Then I was told that I needed to approve via text. I did approve because I was sent a video of my car. The reason for my visit, vehicle health report, and the inspection that was done visually. I am no means a mechanic nor have I been that interested in looking at what is under the hood. I just want my car fixed. James L. was my Technician and Anthony S. the Service Writer. The titles mean nothing to me nor the time spent fixing my 2003 Mercedes-Benz S500 4 Matic. What made me approve $8500.00 decision was the transparency of the repairs I needed. There was no pressure or rush. I can’t even express the hospitality extended like the discount taken off my car repair bill . Because I had to pay for a rental while my car was there. Providing a means for me to get home and picked up to retrieve my car. Even though it was my first experience with CB it truly felt like and I knew I had driven to the right garage. They gave me back my car in a better condition that’s also the reason why it took awhile for my review. I have been on two out of town trips and my car runs great. Honesty Like Manners Will Take You Where Money Won’t. They have a Customer For Life.

The shop was awesome! They treated my teenage son great. They didn't try to upsell anything. I was impressed with the total inspection of the car even though he was there for an oil change. I was pretty impressed. They definitely earned my trust.

Top notch customer service. Anthony really looked out for my grandmother’s 2011 Nissan Maxima that had multiple issues. Photos, and even video tutorials, explaining problems were sent through text links and then further explained in person.

Very clean shop and waiting room. They have a great system that will text you a very transparent inspection report with pictures. The prices are very fair, and they will do it right the first time.

Warmly welcomed and impressed by the cleanliness of the grounds the minute I stepped out of my car. The inspection was thorough and actually negated some expensive servicing I was told I needed by another mechanic shop. It was also tremendous peace of mind to know they’ve won the 2024 JD Power and Assoc award for best customer service. It rang true through my whole interaction!!

Was looking for a local automotive shop near my home to help me replacing a blinker bulb that dealership wanted to charge me an insane price to install and they popped up, I spoke with Jay and he said come on in. To my surprise the techs had the bulb replaced in less than 5 minutes!!! Thank you for your kindness and will definitely be back for service needed on my vehicle ☺️

From the minute I walked into the office at Christian Brothers Automotive, I knew I was in the right place. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They did a complete inspection of my vehicle, and then sent me a very detailed estimate with photos & videos which was helpful for me to understand what was needed. They always answered whatever questions I had, and always made me feel comfortable. I'm so happy to finally have the rear differential and more repaired, and my Ford Edge is back to running like it's brand new. I had a very good experience with the team at CBA, and will never take my car anywhere else.
