Worst Auto Repair Experience ever. Came in for engine light. After a week i was told it was diesal exhaust filter. Thousands of dollars later, I received the truck back ,less than a mile down the road,the engine light came back and additionally now,cabin filled up with exhaust. Another week later with master mechanic per General Manager Charles, he gave me back the truck with engine light still on. He referred me to dealership saying it was software issue. No empathy,apology or refund. Dealership found trouble in 24hrs....damaged wiring. Recommend, other than oil change, take the vehicle to someone else

I found my new mechanic shop! I called a few places for pricing on maintenance services, frustrated I reached out to Christian Brothers. All of my questions about pricing and what would be done immediately answered, all future communication was clear and concise. I don't write these often, but I just had to because I am a happy customer and they exceeded my expectations and surpassed other places I have been for my vehicle.

Got my car towed here on a Friday evening and by Monday morning they had an answer for the problem and car was fixed by Tuesday! Super fast service and kept me in the loop on everything. Even gave me time to contact my parents hours away to run everything through them prior. Highly recommend!

Originally left a 1 star review for them quoting about $700 for a new battery and a replacement. They called within 20 minutes and the price was mysteriously $200 off. (Which is still too high). Battery: $169.48 Labor:$270.50 Taxes and fees: $34.14

Brian and team took great care with me and my wife's Sequoia. I was on-time for my appointment and they were on que for the scheduled service. They found that some additional service was needed and said that all could be done before the end of day. All was accomplished and the wife is tickled pink. You just can't beat that! Thanks guys!

Moreover, they have kindly kept my future mechanical issues on file to anticipate the work, without pressuring me to immediately do the repairs.

Christian Brothers understood why I needed my car ready for a trip. They expedited my car and showed a computer overview of issues and repairs required. They were extremely personable from the intake to the driver who transported me. I have good warranty on repairs and it all made sense with the repair pictures. Positive experience in all aspects. Their survey questions clearly express the priority of neighbors being helped in the community. That's a really good basis for their customer experience. I'm sure most people would feel this way about this company.

Dropoff was easy, work took about a day, including diagnostics, getting parts, and testing. Communication was mostly by text, which went well. Staff was unfailingly friendly and courteous, both in person and on phone. Would recommend. Would do business again.

Excellent service and communication! After being quoted $11k by another company to repair the vehicle, Mr Stohner, at Christian Brothers, was able to identify the true problem (which only ended up costing under $500) and had me back on the road in less than a day!

Had a wheel lug stud replaced. Cost was more than expected but it was done within the morning hour. Christian Brothers Automotive is an excellent repair shop. They get your vehicle in&out pretty fast, repaired right and back on the road. The vehicle repaired was my granddaughter’s and now she knows a good and honest repair shop.

I just got a diagnostic done here and while I didn’t get a repair, the guys ended up tightening the screws on my breaks when they saw an issue instead of just leaving it and I was very impressed with their professionalism!

Told me they could check out my van on Friday, they didn’t. So I had to wait until Monday. Then they told me my transmission could not be repaired and I needed a new unit. Their quote was $8000. I took it down the street to a real mechanic who said it could indeed be repaired. Quote was $3200. Never heard of Christ saying “go forth and rip your customers off”. Steer clear.
