I bought a used car from a dealership not too long ago and I noticed there was a return date for an oil change sticker from this auto shop. So I decided to call the shop to schedule an appointment as I was due for an oil change. I learned that the previous owner of my car did all of her servicing at this autoshop. When I tell you, I had the best experience! I was greeted with such kindness the moment I walked in the door. The service was quick. The mechanic associates exuded great customer service and hospitality. I ended up staying at the shop while my car was serviced and there was even a shuttle service option they offered! Overall, my experience was great. And I am so happy to continue to get my car serviced at Christian Brothers.

I requested a full diagnostic inspection service, and a priority CV axel replacement service. The inspection was far more detailed than I expected, and it was also an ACTUAL inspection, not just going off of what “time in use” says should be replaced. That ended up being more valuable than anything due to CBA actually SAVING me money vs trying to get me to sign off on having every little thing replaced whether it was necessary or not (like some other BIG Ol‘ mechanic shop tried to do). CBA also went above and beyond to ensure I got my car back in a timely manner. When it seemed like I wouldn’t get my car back in time and I would have to miss a day of work, they pulled whatever strings they had available to them to getting the servicells completed, and my vehicle returned to me, the same day I dropped it off. They offer free local rides via their company shuttle car, which was made available to me when I was stressing about having to download and set up Lyft or Uber. If that doesn’t push the value they offer right over the top of the scale, then I’m not sure what would. You can also tell what kind of business you’re about to deal with upon approach of their building (Ahwatukee location). Take note of the condition of their lot. Not a scrap of paper/trash to be seen, a well-maintained building, and there didn’t even seem to be a single rock outside of the plant areas. As for the internal facilities, the shop area was spotless, almost like the floor had never seen a tire or drop of oil. And the front office/waiting area? Bright, polished clean, comfortable, and full of friendly and helpful faces behind the counter. When they say that their guiding principle is Matthew 22:39, they mean it.

Shawn did an excellent job fixing up my car’s tail light. Christian Bros made it easy for me as they kept me updated on the parts coming in, what was happening, and being able to drive me back and forth.

CBA was an absolutely amazing place to take my truck. The people at the front desk were very welcoming, hospitable, honest and informative. They did not push anything on me to get more money. Rather, they gave honest opinions as if it were their own vehicle. These people were truly amazing.

Had an amazing experience here. Had to have transmission replaced. They worked it all put and kept me informed to make decisions. They also went above and beyond to ensure the experience was not stressful, despite that a blown transmission and the cost for it usually is. Thanks so much Brett and your team for your work, communication, and the great info. I have a transmission with a one year warranty and they worked with me on the cost. Thanks again Brett and CBA Awhatukee. May you all be blessed beyond measure. Hoping my car works for another 5-10yrs with no major repairs needed!

Great group of guys very honest and fair when it comes to pricing They tell you what you need to get done they wont Push anything and always try to work with you We have 3 cars that we only take to them my dad loves these guys they always treat him very nicely It’s his favorite shop and he’s been in MANY… Definitely recommend!!

It was a great pleasure doing business with this company, but specifically Adam Downie is the reason for my experience. If every company had an Adam in this world, the world would be better off. However, Christian Brothers Auto found the only Adam in this world first and hired him. It was an amazing experience working with Adam. He is the most honest adviser that you will ever meet in your life. My battery died in the parking lot of the QuikTrip next to their shop. Thomas walked all the way over there to the other side of the store and jumped my truck for me. He did try to sell me a new battery, I don't blame him. He could not have been nicer.

This location does exceptional work! Their mechanics are awesome! Our service advisor, Adam Downie was amazing with advising us on everything that was needed to be done. He is honest and doesn’t recommend unnecessary mechanic work to be done like other shops do. Customers for life now due to our experience!

I have always received excellent customer service at Christian Brothers! They are efficient and honest with their service, and even provide a returning customer discount!! Communication about their estimate and services provided were crystal clear with their digital texts, emails, and conversations over the phone. They helped fix my AC and made sure it wouldn't continue to overheat before they finalized their service, and finished within only two business days! I am very pleased with how my van runs and with how I was treated with kindness from the moment I called and when I stepped into their shop. I highly recommend using their services!

I recently took my daughter’s car to Christian Brothers Automotive in Ahwatukee for some much-needed maintenance, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. They took care of her AC system, replaced the air and cabin filters, installed brand new tires with a proper alignment, and did an oil change. The entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. I took my car in to see why the AC stopped working suddenly at an different auto shop, and they quoted me 2K for the new compressor and labor. I called up Christian Brothers Automotive and they sent me a digital quote within 15 minutes for half the price! I was literally blown away, and the complementary shuttle service saved my life as well! I really couldn’t recommend this place more for your automotive needs, I will definitely be coming back the next time something decides to stop working in my car. Came back from a road trip with an issue with my Tacoma. Hubby took my truck in on the following Monday. They had diagnosed the problem, sent a video of what was happening, gave a quote, and had it fixed and ready to pick up by that afternoon. I had a bad U-Joint, and after the repair, my truck is as good as new. The price was what they said, and they are courteous and efficient when you pick up your vehicle. I was completely stressed out about my truck, but they made the entire process painless. Such a refreshing experience!!

Great service! Took my truck in for an oil change and inspection of the steering concerns. Received timely and detailed review of the issue and how much it would cost. No hidden or added fees or needs. Customer service was great including the courtesy shuttle that transported me to and from the shop and home. Professional and trustworthy which is hard to find. I have been searching for an honest reputable service shop in Phoenix. My daughter scheduled the appointment and the shuttle service was a win for me as i had to return to work that day and was picked up at work following day when my vehicle was complete. This was my first time using Christian Brothers Automotive. Although It's conveniently located, until now I have gone to chains or most recently, the dealership, for oil changes and maintenance. My husband recently decided to try this place because he was disenchanted with the dealership costs and service, and he recommended I go as well. I was relieved and impressed with the professionalism of everyone I encountered at Christian Brothers Automotive from the initial phone call to picking up my vehicle. I'm usually apprehensive when taking my car in for service, even for maintenance because I have had bad experiences, and have been taken advantage of as a female. This was different. They are are respectful and professional, extremely communicative, thorough, yet conservative. They detailed all services, inspections and findings, texted and emailed me a report so that I could decide what to do. They sent a final detailed report after service, and my car was pulled to the front door with the air conditioner running when it was time to leave. Their pricing was very fair, and lower than the dealer. I presume it was the owner who came out to ensure everything was to my satisfaction before I left. They instilled confidence in me regarding their knowledge, experience and abilities, and I will definitely return for future maintenance and service.

I called on Tuesday and they scheduled me Wednesday morning for an oil change. Once my vehicle was dropped off a courtesy ride was offered. They provided an accurate amount of time it would take and provided a courtesy ride back to the shop. After dealing with other shops I expected it to take much longer. Their prices are very competitive and I will definitely be taking my car back in the future. Highly recommend CBA!
