I love the atmosphere and the experience. You will nver love another mechanic when come to Chris. My 1st time i was driving by and had problems with a car i got from byrider. LOVE this place! When all the dash lights on my Prius popped up my manual advised I stop driving and contact the dealership. I was close to home and questioning if it was worth the risk to keep driving when I passed Chris Glance automotive and stopped to ask advice. Chris spent 20ish minutes asking questions, driving the car, and running a codes test. He suggested we start by teating if the code was a sensor issue, advised me to contact him if the lights reappeared and answered all of my questions before scurring off to help someone else. He did all of this free of charge. When the lights reappeared Chris fixed the issue for less than I expected and again spent time helping me understand the process. The individual that processed my payment was extremely kind and eager to offer my dog water. There was also a kid there that enjoyed petting my pup. I believe this is an honest place with good people.

I highly recommend Chris for your automotive needs. We have been in a few times over the past few months for a variety of reasons and Chris is always honest, knowledgeable and helpful. From putting our minds at ease about a strange noise our car was making (easy fix by the way), to finding a low-cost solution to an issue with my Mom's car, Chris always does his work diligently and interacts with kindness.

Called Chris to replace my alternator for which the price for labor was quoted to be $75 which I thought was good but I had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment. I couldn't live 2 weeks without my car so I had to replace my alternator by myself but couldn't figure out how to adjust the belt to get rid of the squeak. So again I called Chris about my issue which he said it is most likely the belt tension that needs to be adjusted. Waited for 2 weeks for the appointment and to my dismay was charged $67 to tighten the alternator belt screw which took 10 mins at most. WOW! Said he would give me a call later in a day with the price to fix another urgent car issue I have. Never called. I guess they got too many customers they are not too worried about losing one.

My sister in law referred me to him since I was having a issue with my car. They were very professional and got down to the root of the problem. There prices are reasonable. On 10/4/22 I took my car there to be inspected. He got me and out in no time. Price was reasonable.
