So I recently reached to this company for assistance. At first the communication was ok and response time was above average. But I’m not a customer of speculation or trickery! So I’ll start with I called to get a quote on a replacement window and the price seemed steep. I never asked for the window to be order due I wanted the service immediately. I found a better route and proceeded to cancel anymore inquiries and was notified that this company had already ordered my window…..Hmmmm well I found a cheaper and quicker option. This company proceeds to under cut the new company. So like a dummy I agreed. Then the time quoted was not the time of services rendered. Third RedFlag. Then you show up ask for my keys and proceed to conduct the work. Your work was quick but I definitely lacked detail and integrity. After you finished I inspected the work without guidance from the installer due to he has an attitude and proceeds to tell me he should be charging me more due to the height of my truck. Mind you this was not a windshield or back window job. Also you never stated that having to use a step ladder was a $80 upcharge. Before services rendered I may have considered it. But after wards and with absolutely no customer service or etiquette I’m not paying a dime extra. Oooh you just blew your $60 tip cause I don’t carry cash on me. But after the debacle and botched window repair, I decided to inspect the work. Glass still visible on the back seat, and front seat, yet your girlfriend, wife not my business vacuumed my truck. Then further in you broke my clips on my trim because I had to call another company to come fix your work. Please don’t use this company. I’d advise you to pay a homeless man before using this company. The only good thing I have to say is wait I don’t!!

Chris was awesome!! My car got broken in to on Saturday and he was there super early Monday morning to fix it. Extremely punctual and polite. He did a great and speedy job of fixing my window and was incredibly kind. I would recommend Chris to anyone. Best price around as well!! Thanks so much Chris!!!!

Had Chris too come out too my house do not do good work at all I do not recommend him at all for a windshield replacement he left glass in my driveway with rubber pieces highly don’t recommend does very poor work charge my wife 250 dollars and the Windshield was leaking Took it Too Auto Glass Now they charged me 281 Bucks he does not have the proper tools too installed windshields

He was not a man of his word my when he put my window in my defrost never work anymore I tried to contact him several times he wouldn't answer my calls he is a scammer I will never use him iam filing a small claim on him be aware he is a real scammer and iam going to file a complaint with the BBB you don't treat people that way

Highly don’t recommend. First let’s start off by saying he doesn’t have the proper equipment to remove a windshield, I watched him push my windshield out with his foot 2nd he told me the price will be $250 once he came to my home finished the job he said it’s gonna be $285 that’s with tax something he didn’t mention until after the fact, that was on December 21. Now today December 27 its raining in my car from an improperly installed windshield that a has ruined the ceiling in my car when I cut my defrost on it sound like a vacuum cleaner. I called to ask for a refund because now I have to take it too a shop and have it replaced the correct way he told me that it may need to be “resealed”. Also while driving you can hear the air car coming in the car from my windshield. He also placed the windshield on top of broken glass pieces that came from him breaking the old windshield. He does sloppy work. He left glass and rubber in my driveway with glass particles in my vehicle. This was my first time driving the car since it was replaced.Will be taking to court. I wouldn’t have given him a star but that’s the only way I could leave this review. Please if you have to spend a little extra do it or you will end up spending more.

Chris was super helpful, came to my house fast, and did a great clean job repairing a busted window. Very price competitive, even compared to non-traveling shops, and kind all around. Would recommend to anyone in the Bham area!
