Chow's Automotive is hands down the best! You'd recognize me driving around in my car - it's a green VW Bug with flowers all over it and a Hello Kitty steering wheel. I went in for a simple oil change, and they completely exceeded my expectations. Not only did they change the oil, but they also fixed my side mirror, refilled the washer fluid, and even cleaned the interior. That was such a thoughtful and unexpected bonus! Mr. Chow is incredibly friendly and informative. He takes the time to explain things clearly without being pushy or overwhelming. I appreciate that because my car is quirky and old, but Mr. chow never made me feel judged or embarrassed about it. He just genuinely cares about his customers and their cars. If you're looking for honest, professional service with a personal touch, I highly recommend Chow's Automotive!

This place is outstanding! I'm not a regular customer, but I got a flat tire on the way to the airport this morning and these guys really saved my day. I pulled in, told them it was an emergency and asked if they would put on my spare. For $20 I was on my to the airport 10 minutes later. Very kind and friendly folks!

Larry and Kevin are fantastic. Over the years they've helped with a large variety of work on my Acura and Honda cars, including bodywork, A/C and steering repair, and routine maintenance. They're experts running an efficient and honest business! Thanks for the many years of help.

Thoroughly impressed from start to finish! After a collision my car needed a rear bumper replacement. Kevin told me to come in at my convenience for an estimate, which to me meant ASAP. Once the part had arrived I was once again told to come at my earliest convenience--again to me ASAP. Lo and behold, the job was going to be done the same day, I was able to pick the car up later the same afternoon and wouldn't have to face the prospect of taking my daughter on the bus to school the next day. Kevin and his crew made the car look brand new, they had even washed the car inside and out. I will give them all my automotive business in the future.

Hands down the best bodywork specialists I've ever had the fortune of coming across. I'm always anxious with auto repair situations but they were very professional and understanding. They definitely had my best interest at heart and repaired my 2016 civic like new after it was in a pretty ugly hit and run. Once I gave them the run down they handled everything in a very fast manner. Truly professional people and my go-to people from here on out. I truly appreciate them going above and beyond in my circumstances and highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work or even mechanical assistance. Truly the best.

I had to write a positive review about Chow's Automotive Larry is a great reliable and nice person I met. I was on the freeway it was a Tuesday rainy afternoon and my right windshield wiper broke. I was near by and said I will bring it to Chow's Automotive and hopefully it can be fixed. Larry replaced the right windshield wiper for free. I was so relieved to have it replaced by Larry he was my life saver that day cause it was raining really hard. Also did a great job replacing the timing belt on my Honda 97 Civic. I have been bringing all of my cars to Chow's and they always do a great job whether it is auto body work, changing timing belts, or regular maintenance. These guys are great. You won't regret bringing your car here. Be sure to call in advance as they get busy!
