I took my CRV to Choice Auto for a second opinion on an expensive quote from the dealer. Armando explained to me in simple terms why my car did not need the job and gave me another and much less expensive option. I will recommend this shop to others and definitely come back next time I need a service. You will not regret using Choice Auto!

Just moved from Tampa to Raleigh and ended up stranded yesterday. I called the shop and they were incredible. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and got me in and out in less than 2 hours. Another dealership also told me that I needed other things done to the car. I had them check it out and they confirmed my suspicions that this other dealership was trying to tack on things I didn’t necessarily need. Fred was incredible and I will only take my care here from now on!

I am a regular at Choice Auto and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the entire team there. Fred and Don are both very professional and very helpful. The mechanic, Amado told me two oil changes ago that he felt that my car was having a transmission issue. He advised me to try and get rid of the car sooner than later. At the time, I was in litigation with Hyundai for a separate oil consumption issue that Hyundai is VERY aware of and was awaiting an answer on that. I fought for my car for two years and I felt that it was wrong that Hyundai gave me the run around for so long. With my last oil consumption test through Hyundai, I mentioned that there was a delay with my transmission as well. Soon after, I got an answer from Hyundai that they could care less and were not going to fix the engine oil consumption issue and that my transmission was fine. So I got rid of the car per Amado's advice. I found out later that the transmission actually was going - something that Hyundai clearly ignored. Amado is an awesome mechanic, very kind and honest and he explains things in a way that is VERY understandable. I can't say enough good things about Choice Auto and recommend it to anyone who wants stellar service every time!

First time going here and this service was above and beyond. Don and Fred at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Amado was able to find the problem and fix it the same day. I really liked that he actually took the time to explain the issue. Hopefully no more car problems but if any arise I would definitely be back.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My daughter just took her Jeep in to verify that it needed a new oil pan( estimates from two other repair shops of $2,000 + ) . The mechanic inspected it for no charge and told her it did not need replacing, added a lubricant and oil to stop a tiny leak, and sent her on her way! She said “I’ll never take my car anywhere else! These are the nicest, most honest guys in Raleigh!” Thank you so much to Fred and his mechanic for taking the time to talk to us both and for being so honest and kind!

I literally cannot recommend this place enough. I’ve had a lot of car trouble the past year and I take my car here every. single. time. As a young woman, a lot of mechanics try to scam me or are condescending. Everyone who works here is super kind and very honest! As long as I live in Raleigh they’ll have my business.

I mean just amazing, words can't explain the gratitude that I have for these gentlemen. So thankful God had me call them when I really need help the most. Just bought my car and the engine decided to die on me, not even hardly 90 days in. But in mear panic I called Mr. Don and he came through, he allowed me to have my car towed to his shop. He diagnosed my car and gave me such great advice that ended up really helping me in the long hall. So thankful for everything. I must say I think I have found my home shop. Will forever tell folks to call Choice Auto Care!!! Because you guys truly care.Thank God for you and THANK YOU!!!

If I could give more stars I would! From the time I walked in and by the time I left, I felt as if I was taken care of. Between the excellent customer service, the price of labor, and the kind people that work there, I was definitely pleased. Don was a pleasant person to meet and I will be using this service again for sure!

They replaced my transmission for my 2012 Ford Expedition . My truck runs very smooth now. Their prices were very reasonable too.
