The spare tire on my truck was out of air, I went there to repair it, but since it was under the bed of the truck, they didn't check it, they asked me several questions and told me to put air in it again to see if it would deflate again. Not even the option of knowing if it needed to be changed, since it has not been used for a long time. I notice that they found it uncomfortable to take the tire down from where it is to check it. First time I went to this place because it was close to my house, but I won't go again. I understand that it is difficult to get the tire out from under it, but they should still accept that type of repair.They were kind of nice.

This store has mechanics too! I went here to fix a problem w my truck and they fixed it right. This is now my "to go" shop and will definitely recommend this shop to friends.

I went to get my tire plugged today and they refused to plug because she said the tire was ruined and insisted I needed a new one. The tire had been changed recently. They didn’t even take an actual look at my tire. I took my car to a different shop and they were able to get it fixed within 20 minutes.

Visited a near by business and parked in front of this tire shop, and had a lug stolen off my truck by one of their employees. Pitiful, I would have given it to them if they asked. I hate thieves... Are asking me for the date and time this happened or just denying my claims...I'm confused!?

When there for balance and rotation. First and last time. I am not even sure if they did anything. They lied and told me they put air in my tires. I had to go back to get air after " balance and rotation"
