Chick’s did a great job on my Class A. Called for an appointment and they got me in the next morning. Repacked wheel bearings and wheel alignment. Cost was very competitive and reasonable. I highly recommend them. Steve and the guys there are great.

Took truck in about 7 months ago for various fluid replacements costing close to $2,000. Check engine light came on after picking the truck up. Returned and they could not figure it out. Guy told us that it shouldn’t really be a concern and we needed to take it to the dealer. Now, on 1/22/23, we trusted to take our truck back to Chick’s to have the suspension checked, 4 tires put on and an alignment. This also included valve stems and balancing. I was not given any paperwork for my tire purchase and was not given any diagnostic results for the alignment. I wanted to keep the two good tires that were taken off, but now realize they gave me one bad one and one good one. Following all of this, I noticed my front passenger tire was quite low and learned the cause for this was a ripped valve stem. Then I learned that the valve stem was not connected to the TPMS sensor and that is why we did not know the tire was low until we visually noticed it. Evan and Steve were rude and intimidating when I let them know what had happened. I also let them know that they charged me to replace valve stems but none were replaced. I also was informed that the alignment I was supposed to have had was not up to safety standards so I am not even sure if it was done. This may be why I didn’t get any paperwork for the alignment. Evan and Steve will say that I bothered them after work hours on Evan’s personal phone, yes, I sent him a picture of the ripped valve stem. They had no regard for my safety and were simply irate because I texted them after work hours. I did not call either one of them, they called me. I did not answer the phone on the first call and I regret answering the second call. Evan accused me of drinking during one of these phone calls. After I was able to get a word in edgewise, it was agreed that we would take our truck back in the morning to get the valve stem fixed. However, when we got up the next morning, our tire was flat so we chose to take it to the closest shop available. Chicks never once reached out to me to see why we had not returned to their shop to rectify their shotty work. When I finally called them to let them know that they had not replaced the valve stems that they charged me for he snidely asked me if I wanted a refund for them Which would’ve been a little less than five dollars. I explained to them that the best way to rectify the problem would be to replace what they charged me for, but the phone call turned irate once again. I believed that they were a good shop when I first began going there, but after two services with them, I realize that they cannot be trusted, and do not accept the fact that they have made mistakes. In the end, I am left with my tires and whatever work they did or say they did to my vehicle with no warranty. I would truly look into the shop before you decide to have them service your vehicle. My photos show the brand new valve stem and the dirty one (actually 3 others) that were not replaced as well as the ripped valve stem. UPDATE: This has been more than a negative experience at this point. Why would I take my vehicle back to a shop who accused me of drinking? Moreover, why would I take my vehicle back to a shop that did not perform the things they said they performed, yet charged me for them. Unless your shop can provide me with the paperwork for the tires I purchased, the pre/post diagnostic paperwork for the alignment I was charged for, give me back one of the two good tires that I wanted keep, and reimburse me for the work that I had to pay for that your shop charged me for, I would never bring my vehicle back to your shop. The professional thing would be to call me and let me know why all this happened in the first place. We'll see if I hear from you. Well, we know the answer. Went to Chick's to get paperwork and was rudely met by Evan. Needless to say, no paperwork received. So much for us reaching out!

If there was a -10 Review I would give it.took my truck there to get repaired from a minor accident with the lower upper and lower control arms..they charged me 1,400 and had the truck for 3 weeks.drove it home and almost wrecked on the freeway..I called them and told them what happened and then they told me there was other issues after I called and complained..Horrible service don't take your vehicle there. What a scary situation for anyone.

We were on our way back to Arkansas and realized our front tires on our RV we’re not going to make it. After calling 4 other businesses that could not align RVs l called them on our way in to town and talked to the really nice receptionist , who also put me in touch with Evan who checked on some tires, called me right back and actually scheduled me for the next morning and even offered a place to park the RV overnight. They had the front end alignment done( which my last one was BAD off), new tires on and had me on the way by noon. Talk about great service, this is the place to call! OH and by the way I do owe the top notch alignment man his 6 pack!!!

The crew at Chick's Frame & Wheel Services went above and beyond to get all of my Motorhome repairs done in one afternoon. I so appreciate their good work and fair pricing, especially since they were doing something that a previous mechanic failed to do despite charging me for it! I highly recommend these guys! Conor at Delray Tire & Retreading, Inc. referred me to them, and he's awesome, too!

Unprofessional workplace , I visited there for my peterbilt truck 579 , they guys changed wrong part and my truck problem didn’t solved. After than they said, we need change other part . So I did not recommend for this place. They wasted my money and time.

If there was a way to give them more stars I most definitely. They were more then helpful they were literally a life saver . When I called to find out what it would cost for a front end alignment. Even though they were busy they told me to come in cuz I was trying to get home. I came in he found out I to was a tire that did not have the lug nuts tightened up (my fault) and they did that for me and did not charge me a cent. All the folks there were above what I call curtious. I'm so very glad I decided to call them . I would make the my regular auto go to if I lived in the area WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Chick's went above and beyond helping me, after I purchased a used car (4/10/21) from a really bad used car dealership! Toyota Camry XSE 2015 The car had at some point been in an accident, which didn't show up on the Carfax and the shady dealer didn't mention it either. Both the right front and rear corners were bent beyond alignment. Chick's fixed them for me and also noticed the rack and pinion was bad so they did that too. As soon as I picked the car up to drive it home a warning light was on and the GPS/Radio wasn't working! Steve was super nice and I took it back. He ran a free flash on it and found the BCM was bad...next the GPS/Radio was found bad too...He only charged me parts to fix both those, and found that the BCM was after market, he put in a new Toyota BCM. He keep me informed at every turn. He saved all my old parts for me, photo evidence against the used car dealer. Just got my car back and everything is working well! Definitely using Chick's again!

Disappointed. Took auto for wheel alignment on 7/7/2021. Mechanic gave estimate at roughly $40 cost. Was told needed parts to do alignment, and still doing "research" on additional part and would get back to me. After week of not receiving callback I called, office person not sure of my situation. After retrieved paper work, was told will call right back, didn't happen. This happened again, and waiting till 7/21/202I I decided to take auto else where. I don't know why Chick's didn't want my business; the only way to make me whole at this time is refund of my $40 aforementioned, which was to be deducted from total cost of work performed, which they backed away from. I won't hold my breath, though.

I had a lot of work done here at this business. When it came to pick up my lifted Tundra I had all 4 tires swapped out. I asked for my old tires back seeing as they are 35's and the rear tires were still in great condition. They inform me that someone took 2 out of the 4 old tires and of course they took the rear ones since they were in great condition. At first I was told they could try to get those tires back and if not then they would give me a credit. I call them up 4 days later and the Owner named Steve Klein picks up. I tried to have this resolved with Steve but he just wasn't having it. He was very rude and completely had so much disregard towards someone else's property. Tires go well over $300 each and wanted to give me a $30 credit. It's clear to me that Steve is a certain individual that doesn't care about his customers and that's fine and all if you fancy that kind of establishment to take care of your car then go for it. Awful customer service. Would definitely advise against coming here.

If you have an RV or something big this is the place to bring it Oil change straightening the frame fixing the tires fixing the drive line these guys do it all old school style which means it’s done right without a lot of BS Keep up the good work

Traveling in a motorhome and realized tires were wearing. Called & were able to get in on short notice. Was very impressed with their shop, they were on time and very professional. Would recommend to everyone that has problems in their job areas. Fantastic people and awesome business & very helpful to travelers.

We called Chick’s and they took our travel trailer in the next day. They found that the trailer was out of alignment (as was evidenced by one worn tire only). They did the alignment, replaced the tire and it was ready to be picked up later that same day. The cost for doing this work was more than fair.

Our family has used Chick's for years and vehicles have included: farm equipment, a 40 foot RV, a Jeep Wrangler and multiples work trucks. They always do superb work and have taken really good care of us. They treat all members of our family well. Our young sons are never intimidated and they treat me as a woman with respect and courtesy. Ironically we frequently run into people we know there and everyone always says the same thing "Chick's is the best in the valley!". I should have written this review years ago, but after a visit this week where they again treated me well, I decided it was long overdue.
