For being a Chevron branded pump station, this one is disappointing and needs some work. The first pump took my card, and the screen was frozen. I waited a couple of minutes and my card was released. The next pump I tried had a video ad playing over the text asking me a yes/no question, I was unable to read. I just chose "no.". Hopefully it wasn't asking me if I wanted free lottery tickets. Then after pumping, there was no receipt paper. Please fix your pumps.

Most of the staff here is very friendly and has great customer service. Especially Francisco, Ramon, Pablo, and Jose. The morning shift however is terrible. The manager Libby Garcia abuses her role as manager and instead of resolving issues she escalates them by harassing customers. If this business values their community they will terminate Libby and Rachel immediately. Otherwise we will dedicate our efforts to letting it be known of the issues being caused by this locations management. I have been visiting this gas station for over 10 years since moving here in 2013, this sort of behavior is unacceptable and must be addressed by the owners asap!

Owner marwan alabbasi told my wife/his employee, she “would let her family die” because she just got robbed. Then he fired her. Grade a piece of trash and he’ll be hearing from me.

Nice gas station, but my card number got stolen after using a pump. It was late and nobody was there to swipe my card inside. Someone in Hollywood went from gas station to gas station buying booze and finished off with a $25 Mcdonalds purchase before my bank closed the card.

Price of gas is down. But it's not cool they have the restrooms blocked off, so you can't wash your hands.

You can only use your Vons/Albertson's rewards if you have the plastic credit card sized card because their system doesn't ask for phone number. Their prices tend to be on the higher side also. Convenient because of location.

Pumps are often broken. Car wash is often broken. Service is awful. Every time I come here I say, never again. Now, after several years, I confirm, never again. It's just not worth the hassle.

Extremely slow pumps. Takes minutes to accept credit cards. Maximum $100 gas limit. Constantly down pumps. I miss the old chevron system with out ads, much more responsive and intuitive.
