I drive a Chevy Volt and the service department was very knowledgeable of it regarding the service I had done plus they mentioned the extended BECM warranty without prompting. I feel confident in having the Volt serviced here in the future, a car that should never have been discontinued!

Just had an oil change and nitrogen in tires done today. But while they worked on it, they sent me out in a new EV blazer to get my opinion and that was great! Don’t know that I’ll buy one but it was fun to try it out!

Made my appointment the night before arrived only to find out I made my appointment with the wrong location. Luckily they weren’t booked up and were able to fit me in. Service was fast! Establishment clean and they got me in and out. I also received a free car wash. Two thumbs up!!!

Fast, friendly, and informative. I bought my car from this dealership in 2017, and only go there for service. Not once have they tried to upsell me.

My counselor was fine but the price is way to high. They are basically charging you an hour of labor($160) for diagnosis and that's per issue . I've never been a to a mechanic or even a dealership that did that.

I have high expectations when it comes to getting my car serviced at a dealer. Many times, it's a painful and drawn out process where there seems to be no realization about the impact needing to go in has on the customer. When I noticed the LED taillight on my Bolt had gone out, I called and talked to a very helpful woman who worked to get me set up with an appointment. Like any good shop, they are a bit backed up with work at the moment. That said, I'm happy to say that Dave Gill met and exceeded my expectations for getting my car fixed. They were prompt at greeting me, got me a ride to my office, picked me up, and took great care of the car without leaving grease or dirt behind. Everyone I interacted with was very polite and helpful. If you have a GM vehicle, I'd highly recommend going here. If I could offer one recommendation, it would be for Dave Gill to set up a mobile service operation where they come to the customer at their home or workplace. I will definitely come back for maintenance and any repairs needed in the future.

Made an appointment, received a confirmation text AND e-mail. They called 2 days later (the day before the appointment) to say that they didn’t actually have open appointments for that day, but they could schedule my vehicle for 6 days later. POOR customer service!!

Took my 2011 Chevy Equinox V6 to have a coolant leak diagnosed. There was a very visible leak at the front of the vehicle. They told me the lower hose needed tightened, and they ran the car for hours and it was not leaking. They also told me they topped off the coolant so I wouldn't have to. When I picked up the car it was not topped off. I drove the car less than 1 hour total since and have leaked another half tank of coolant, and there is coolant leaking from the same spot. If they were too lazy to fix it just say so and I would have taken it elsewhere.

Probably the best GM service department in Ohio. Definitely the best in Columbus. Other dealers were saying 3 day turnaround for my warranty work. Dave Gill had it done in 7 hours, provided a loaner, and had me in waiting less than 10 minutes total. Chad and Penny were perfect with timeliness and communication. Will definitely go here from now on.
