I recently had to drop my car off at Mckluskey Chevrolet to have it inspected as to why the coolant was leaking. Bridjette was my service advisor. We bought our car from this location and have always loved the service we have received. Bridjette stayed in contact with me via text which worked out great for me. She let me know what was wrong with my car, that it was covered by my warranty and when my car was done. I was expecting to wait a little longer for my car due to the part being on back order but to my surprise it was done much sooner. Any time I had any questions I was able to easily reach out to Bridjette and get the answers needed. I highly recommend this location and hopefully you get my girl Bridjette too!

Horrible experience.... kept my truck for 2 week without telling me anything that was going on with my truck ,wouldn't give me a rental in the beginning, had to use my last vacation and sick days on account of them not providing a rental knowing they was holding my vehicle. Then kept my vehicle for 3 months with varying little communication, on top of it truck still missing no check engine light but that ensures me they didn't change the parts they said they did, I'm sure they went bare minimum with my vehicle. Pretty much waiting for the same issue to come up, hopefully it doesn't. Then it'll be a lemon law from there 🤷🏽...

I’ve never had a bad experience coming here from the moment I bought my car to the service they provide. Savanah and Dom went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was fixed before my move out of state. Came in for an oil change, noticed and mentioned some leaking out of the axle and in less than 24 hours all repairs were finished and Savanah and Dom made sure the warranty covered the cost. Hands down the best team and wouldn’t buy or service my Malibu anywhere else in the state 😎

I brought in my 2020 Bolt due to a lithium and 12 volt battery warning. Everything was done to the vehicle that was required, but the communication from the service department was not good. The vehicle was there for two weeks and during that time there was no communication until the day before pickup about what was happening with the vehicle, other than that there was a backlog and they were getting to it as soon as possible. It would have been good to know that the wait was due to the lithium battery needing to be replaced and waiting for the part to arrive.

This is my second review. 1) Appointments are 'Placeholders only'. NO Guarantee that your car will begin being serviced at or near that time / date. 2) Only Oil and Lube mechanics on duty on Saturday and Sunday.. If you need engine or mechanical work, make sure you don't go at the end of the week or on weekends. Curtis ( Service coordinator) is a friendly guy, who, I think, moved my service along. I believe this location is overwhelmed....

Appointment was 10:45; we arrived at 10:25. Check-in went smoothly after waiting in line for about 15 minutes. Video report from technician was received about 30 minutes later. Then we waited for over an hour and hadn't heard anything. My husband went to see the service rep. When he checked on status, he found out the technician, or maybe the person who washed the car, parked the car "out back" and didn't give the key to the service rep. as per protocol. We were at the dealership for over two hours for a job that might have been completed in an hour. (My husband and I were there together.) It was after 12:30 PM and we were both weary and hungry. Not acceptable service. The technician called later and said he the service manager authorized a free oil change at our next service. If we take advantage of it, I will not personally go. And my husband hopes he won't have to wait for two hours again.

I went for a vehicle recall and decided to wait there as the estimated repair time was 2 hours. I had never been to that location before and was blown away by the comfort and accomodations of the waiting areas.

From the moment I arrived until I left, there was never anyone without a smile on his/her face when talking with me. The service was over and above what I expected! The guest room for waiting was wonderful. I was able to sit for a while, relax with a cup of coffee, and slow down for a while!

I love Mcclusky Chevrolet, I drive 70 miles just to get to their location. Chuck was very helpful, I am disappointed that my rust proofing and undercoating has not been scheduled.

Like others have said they are hard to communicate with. Wife took her car there as the car would stall when she pushed the gas after the automatic shut off. So, in the middle of an intersection even while pushing the gas it would shut off again. We took it in. They said nothing was showing on diagnostics so sent us home with nothing done except the charge for diagnostics. This morning on her way to work she went through an intersection, and it shut off. Cars coming at her. Only a matter of time until she gets T-boned. So now we are making appointment at Jeff Wyler who we know has a good service department. I will repost to see if they fix issue. This is a scary issue that could cost a life. It's a 2019 Malibu with ~37k miles. So will be selling if not fixed. Not worth losing your life over.

Negative experience, which is a shame since I bought the car here. Held my car for 4 days and all they ended up doing was a balance and rotation, general maintenance check, and alignment. They were hard to get in touch with during that time to figure out when the car would be ready. They diagnosed but did not fix issues - labeled that I refused service - because I wanted to have the car back while waiting for parts that did not impact the driveability of the vehicle. Will go to another dealership for repairs next time.
