Dave and his crew are awesome people, great Mechanics and complete a ton of cars especially for their size of 3 bays. Honest, timely and fairly priced. As a business owner myself, I appreciate all the aforementioned attributes. Also you can get snacks, smokes and cheap Vermont Green Mountain coffee in the store from Murad and Abdul.

Honest repair shop, though not the cheapest. If you are used to concierge-style service this is not the place for you, its old fashioned gas station style of service. But if you need a repair in a hurry they can usually accommodate you.

Been coming here for a few years now for inspections and certain repairs. They are friendly and very helpful. They explain to you the issue and educate you, and save you from wasting money on something if you don't need it.

I loved my trip to Chestnut Hill Automotive. They did an oil change and took a look at a slow leak in one tire, quickly and at a very reasonable price. Best of all, I was able to call them up and come right in, no need to schedule days or weeks in advance. I will definitely use them again for my future automotive maintenance needs!

I've been going to Dave for some years and never been disappointed. Full tune up done on 2014 buick lacrosse, my car wasn't loud however its silent now. I RECOMMEND this Auto shop due to the Honesty, the pride in their work and most of all pricing is very fair. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They are patient with concerns and they'll get you in and out. If you are looking for a new mechanic, one to replace, or even a 2nd opinion..THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

My car had started making some concerning noises so I wanted to quickly get it checked out. Dave was able to see me the very next day, turned out my breaks were teetering on the edge of completely being a safety hazard. There were able to order parts and change my breaks in less than two hours. They also diagnosed another problem that is not pressing but gave me tips on how to handle it until I'm able to get my car in another day. I'm very satisfied with their work and will be returning for any other issues with my car.

Very professional, quick service, and transparent about cost. Needed a new starter and a window replacement and Dave was very transparent about my options, the costs for labor and parts, and where I could source my own parts along with reliable brands. I’ll definitely be bringing my car to him in the future for any other repairs.

Couldn't get pass the phone call. The guy rambled on about the lights, the computer system, the dealership, and a host of things of which I had no clue. He kept asking me the same questions about the car; it's a 1991 Volvo with electrical problems, that's all I can tell you! I'm bringing it in so YOU, the "professional", can tell ME, the customer, what the problem is. TOO MUCH!! Not all of your reviews will be a 5.0. Just take the criticism, learn from it, and improve on your customer service skills rather than lash back at the customer. If you don't know the answer, just say it...no need for an editorial.

I needed brakes and rotors repaired, and the team at Chestnut Hill Automotive had me covered! They got me a next-day appointment and had me in and out in under an hour. Even better, they had the cheapest quote I could find in Philly, for such stellar service. They also took the time at pick-up to explain the damage, to help me avoid potential brake catastrophe in the future. Much appreciated!

The price is fair and I am very happy and thankful with their fast services. I didn't notice my state inspection is expired until the repair man told me. I was glad he told me, otherwise I will be charged few hundred dollars fee if I get caught from the police. Thank you with their great professional services.
