Worse service ever. If you don't need your Car you can take it there. Fix a AC warranty problem took 22 days for them to fix it. I got a repaired ship in my windshield for 1.5 years never gets bigger, when I picked up the truck the windshield was completely broken and no body is responsible for this.

BEWARE- If you love getting ripped off, taken advantage of and lied to then boy is this the place for you. Chastang is an absolute JOKE. We bought a brand new F750 from them, spending over 112k which was purchased at the end of December 2023. The truck had some various issues soon after purchase which they fixed. Then it was back in with more serious issues. Once they finally assessed it they said it was the fuel system and that we either drove through water or got bad fuel. Which we did neither. It was clear they didn’t know for sure but just a blanket statement of we think this happened and it’s not covered under warranty. They wanted us to pay nearly 20k in repairs. They denied warranty coverage. Not only that but since this is a commercial vehicle it definitely impacted our business. We bought it brand new 6 months ago so we had a reliable vehicle. Various things didn’t sit right on the lies we were being fed so we paid to have it towed to another dealership. That dealership quickly assessed it and said it certainly should be covered under warranty, got the work done in 2 weeks including last week being a storm and testing and releasing the vehicle back to us today. The fact another dealership took care of us better than the dealer where we spend 112k is proof that Chastang tries to rip off their clients, lie/fool and deceive whoever they can. They should be shut down there is no telling how many people they have done this too. don’t walk, run away from these crooks

Been here for over 15 minutes. Not kne person here to even greet. Had to call out to the mechanic shop next door cause it was not going to be 20 minutes. All for them to tell me the guy that actually does the state inspection leaves before they closed. But that's not on their webpage. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time! Go somewhere else

One of the most efficient van purchases I've done in 10 years. The dealer, Randy, was super kind and helpful, and the finance gentleman, Martin, was just as helpful and kind. Both of them communicated regularly so I was never wondering where in the process we were at. Contact to pick up (including financing) was only 4 business days (part of a delay was only because we caught them just as the van was coming in so it was in the shop). An incredibly helpful part of the process was being able to virtually review and sign everything; and at the part of the process where they offer additional insurances/coverages, the ap they used made it so that while he was talking through it you could read about the coverages and add/remove so that you could see the price changes. On top of that they were not pushy or aggressive with those coverages as a lot of dealers are. I would recommend Chastang 100%!

Chastang has completed quality work over the years we have utilized this dealer. By far the best Ford dealer in Houston. Staff is polite and customer service is great! Exceptional communication with thorough updates with detailed information. Chris Hodges has been our service advisor for many years and has taken care of our fleet, since we began purchasing vehicles for our fleet from Chastang. Chris has been on point with their services offered and turnaround time on repairs, diagnosis’, etc. have been excellent!

Amazing customer service and prices weren’t bad either! I always worry about taking my cat to a dealership to get work done because they tend to charge more or claim more things need to be done but NOT Chastang. Very professional and helpful and charged us fairly for the work they did on my 2014 Ford Escape. They did the 150,000 mile check up and maintenance as well as a recall and kept in touch via text about the status of my vehicle. Highly recommend!!

Bought ford certified used car from them with clean carfax history. After buying, I see in my insurance that car has open recall which was supressed earlier. To fix any problems with the certified car, they keep saying no appointments available even for a small job and keep saying that's outside certified coverage which was bumper to bumper warranty when I bought.

Hard to believe all of the positive service reviews. I attempted to take my Ranger here recently for warranty service. I first called back in December and the advisor told me Chastang doesn’t take appointments, and service is “first come first serve”. I was advised to bring the vehicle there in about a month, and maybe Chastang would be less busy. I ended up bringing the Ranger in late January. Sat at the service drop off waiting and there was no one in sight. I finally went into the service waiting area to find an advisor. Waited a while longer when finally an advisor, Clint, noticed me. I ran through a printed list of a handful of warranty items. The first thing Clint said was “well what do you want me to do about it?” Well, obviously, you are a Ford dealership, and I want a path forward on how to get my vehicle serviced … without an attitude. In a very condescending manner, Clint went on to tell me I could leave the vehicle but Chastang wouldn’t look at it for at least a month, they provide no alternate transportation (aside from a small loaner car list with a multi-month wait time), and they couldn’t estimate me how long it would take to diagnose the issues. So all in all, I would likely be without my truck for months, just to have Chastang take care of a few warranty issues at their leisure. A comment was also made that Chastang was a smaller, independent dealer that mostly dealt with commercial customers … i.e. they didn’t want my business. I took my keys and left, stunned at the whole experience. I will not be returning to Chastang, and advise others who value decent customer service to look elsewhere.

The Parts people there at Chastang are amazing. They know their stuff and make you feel welcomed. That's hard to find almost anywhere now days. They took the time to Make sure my vehicle information was correct and also took the time to source for correct parts from my vehicle. They are professional at what they do. I highly recommend them over any other Car/Truck Branch out there.

This dealership has caused me to lose more $2,000. After years of working and buying from them, I no longer want anything to do with them. Every time I ordered a new part and it came out defective, I would have to go out of my way to buy it AGAIN, and wait more than a month to receive credit for it’s return, whilst also no being able to receive any sort of labor claim on it. Currently, it’s been more than a month since I returned another part and I am STILL waiting on a credit for it. Whenever I call in regards to this, I am only met with lies every time, with no credit in return for their mistakes. I hope that the supervisors of this dealership see this comment and fix these mistakes so that no other client has to deal with the same losses as I have by doing business with them
