Brought my car here today because the engine splash guard had broken off and was causing sparks while I was driving. They fixed it super quickly! I have also been here before for oil change and state inspection, and each time, the service has been great and efficient.

We got a huge nail/ bolt in our tire on a cloverleaf on rt 29 in Charlottesville. This place was close by along with others but a review on the site described a similar "nail in the tire" saying that this shop had them back on the road in 15 mins. We had exactly the same experience. The shop was busy and the associate said they were down 2 guys today but he brought a portable jack and had the repair done in minutes. $25!! We gave him $25 as a tip also!! Very professional staff!!

Brought my car in because the tire pressure light wouldn't turn off. They promptly checked the tires, removed a nail, and didn't charge me a dime. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I just needed a tire inflated on a rental car. I was worried I'd run over a nail, but the problem was benign. The guy who helped was quick and friendly. I'd definitely go there for help if I had a bigger issue.

I was stranded and from out of town. I was hours from home...these guys saved me! I went for a walk while the looked at my car...came back to pick it up and oh my goodness...no charge! They saved me and didn't even charge...I couldn't believe it! Thank you so much guys!

Loved our experience - Curtis was soooo helpful and friendly!! I had called so many places for my car and none of them could take me within a week. They took my car today and advised us on our other car problem. I truly appreciate them and their honest and sincere approach. Would highly recommend!

Needed my tires aired because my low tire fault lit up. Called first then came in, the guy aired me up, didn't even need to check the proper tire psi. The light went off before I even left the lot. Didn't charge me a dime. If I need tire or service in the future I'll swing by since it's close to home. I couldn't tell which tire it was, turns out, I didn't need to. I'll be back.

Radiator replacement good price. Was done super fast! Changing my review. It was good for the time being. Took it back 3 times now for the same replacement. Just got it covered under warranty and replace this week and it’s leaking again. All fixed I’ll give them a 4/5

We were on the interstate trying to get to our son's state track meet for his race and got a flat tire. We found this place online. Even though they were busy, they quickly tested our tire and fixed a broken stem on it. In 15 minutes the tire was back on and we were on our way. So grateful for their service today.

Brought my car here for a tire repair and it was a great experience. Mechanic was friendly and had my tire fixed within 10 minutes of the tow dropping it off. This was my second visit here and this visit was just as great as the first. Highly recommend.

Came here for a second opinion after another place told me I needed to do a bunch of work, and they told me I didn’t need to do any of those things. I have used this place exclusively ever since, they are always honest and efficient. If it’s a small issue, they’ll tell you. Appreciate them!

Charlottesville Tire and Auto is honest and efficient. They fix what needs to be fixed and are honest about what can wait. Two times now, they have fixed my car for HUNDREDS less than initial estimates at other shops. They have always been able to fit me into the schedule when needed, are flexible, kind, and very knowledgeable. Even though they are farther from my house than many other shops, I will never take my car to any other auto shop ever again.

Charlottesville Tire and Auto is the best mechanic I have been to. They were very honest with me and managed to fit my car into their schedule on very short notice. I recommend them to everyone in the area who wants an honest opinion and great work done to their car! I know that I will go to them with any future car needs I have. Everyone I met was incredibly courteous and took the time to explain what was going on with my car. If I could give them more stars, I would.

I really trust the team at Charlottesville Tire & Auto. My car spent 3 years in storage and that comes with lots of fixes as it starts getting used more. They're receptive to my feedback on my car, always so polite when they're explaining what they find, and make an effort to get my car back to me pretty quickly. Service here is far superior to other spots I tried in Charlottesville.

My truck broke a ball joint and these guys were able to have my truck ready to roll for me to go to work the next day I recommend this company to anyone the only thing I had a problem with is the guy told me and my brother that they had a sale on the wheel alignment but they didn’t take any off the price but there work is outstanding thanks guys for getting me back on the road

Not one single person working..none of the pumps worked either...tried 2 cards 3 different times. 3 other drivers pulled up and left with same issue…the taco truck is probably the only service worth anything. Zero ⭐️

This place was amazing! Had a weird noise coming from my car, didn’t know what it was, and the two gentlemen working helped diagnose and fix the problem in under 30 minutes😊 They told me if I ever had anything else wrong they would be happy to help. 10/10 would recommend.

Very rude and poor service. I took my car for an State Inspection...the guy at the front desk who claims hes the manager was very rude and disrespectful. They open at 8 AM but I was there 45 minutes earlier just to get my car inspected....when they open the manager told me I had to make an appointment in other to do my inspection...tell me if am wrong but I taught inspection is a first come first serve. I will never go back there. And am also looking into it to verify what he told me was right.
