I have taken all my Mercedes to Charlotte Star Service & have always been extremely satisfied. I have recommended to several family members & friends who also are very pleased with the customer service. The owner Dan treats me like family & all his staff are very friendly, honest & hardworking to ensure satisfaction. Taking my car there for service makes a potentially unpleasant experience always pleasant because there are never any surprises with the cost or when my car will be ready. I wouldn’t even consider taking my car to the dealership over Charlotte Star Service.

Easy to work with and a quick turnaround on the service. I’ve some work done on an e30 BMW and they helped with a Porsche. Both times was a good experience.

This is the best place in town especially when it comes to work on German cars in particular. Joe is an excellent technician and Dan is very communicative on any additional work that my car might need. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Top notch service and first class place. I am from Birmingham and not familiar with this market. I called at least a dozen shops and Dan was the only one to answer the phone personally . I took my car and my girlfriend’s car there as well. Dan and the repair technicians were very knowledgeable and I feel like they did everything possible to repair our cars in the most cost effective way. Dan also kept in touch with us throughout the entire process to manage expectations. We drive Mercedes and BMW and will definitely use them in the future

Very satisfied with the customer service and they don't hold your car hostage. They get it in and get it out so that you can get back on the road again without breaking your pockets. My car is there now getting a starter put on with other minor things as I make this post.
