I had Charlotte Performance work on my new Ct5-V Cadillac. They added the JB4 tuner, air filters and corrected some damage to my front bumper. They were diligent about making sure everything was done perfectly. They rook care of my car as if it was there own. I would definitely recommend them to any car enthusiasts out there or just anyone who wants a dependable performance/maintenance shop for their vehicle. They also took some great pics of my ride!

Everyone was so nice and everything was done so quick! The folks who worked on my and my partner’s car were very helpful and knew their stuff. Pricing was also fantastic - best place I’ve gone to for an oil change and tire rotation!!!

Great place to take your sports/performance car to be detailed, diagnosed, performance enhancements, whatever you need they got it, even oil changes. Jason and Matt are honest and well educated on a variety of cars to help assist your needs. Stop by and see them !

Incredible experience from start to finish. My 2011 C300 drives like a brand new car! Jason and crew were fabulous to work with, keeping in touch with pictures and verbiage of all the items that needed to be fixed on my car, including fair pricing. I would without a blink of an eye recommend Charlotte Car Performance! You guys rocked!!

So far so good. I have a 2011 BMW 3351 convertible. Engine turns over but won't stay on. I also want to install an MMI from Bimmer tech. I submitted a request for help on ther Instagram advertisement. Mike responded immediately and said they could help me in all aspects of my BMW engine issues and tech installs. He scheduled a tow truck pickup immediately in the same day and now my BMW is on the way to their shop. I post updates of my experience as they diagnose and service my car.

Writing reviews for services or products that I have purchased is not something that I do normally, but I felt that I had to write a review on a company called Charlotte Performance. This company specializes in service and upgrades on high-end vehicles. I currently drive a 2022 Porsche Cayenne, and I called Charlotte Performance with questions on schedule maintenance and upgrades to my vehicle. The staff was extremely knowledgeable , and the prices were fair. All in all, I am anxious for my upcoming appointment.

I recently scheduled an appointment for service on my car as I have a few things I wanted checked out along with regular maintenance. Jay and his staff were extremely knowledgeable over the phone I can only imagine how it will be once I get in the shop. I’ve very picky about who I let work on my car but I can honestly say this had felt like the right choice from the jump. I highly recommend checking them out!!
