Took my gmc canyon here to get my A/C fixed . Was on my way to work and I work outside in this Vegas heat so yall know how hot it's been this summer so just imagine black truck no A/C it's basically sitting in a oven at 400° . It became unbearable. CHARLIE AT charlies Auto is where you need to go. He's awesome and absolutely won't mess your vehicle up like the rest of these shops do just to get you to come back to them. A real good dude

I’m from out of state Minnesota, I noticed that my car wasn’t acting correctly, so i was recommended to this shop and talk about going above and beyond. Now days it’s very hard to find an honest mechanic shop to trust in this untrustworthy world. A shop like this is what you hope to have found when you’re at a mechanic shop because you’re at their mercy, but these guys are not only friendly but honest and very fair on their pricing and their customer service/care, I would highly recommend this shop to everyone. They've been lying to my wife and overcharging her on little fixes for years. These past few months been goin' with her and now they've been denying selling her new parts and installing old, used, or THE SAME part just cleaned. The lot, the business, the building isn't well kept. They swindle women drivers. They accuse you of switching the parts yourselves and have the worst attitudes.

Not to be trusted. I had an appointment to do a compression check on my engine. A test that any professional shop can do in under 30 minutes. I called 4 hours later to get an update. I was blankly told they hadn't done anything yet and were "getting started now". An hour later I showed up in person to see what was happening. The car was not being worked on and had not even moved from where I left it at 8 am in the morning. I asked for my keys.

The guy actually listens to you and respects you . He brought my car back to life after nearly a year of searching for a mechanic confident enough to take on a wrecked engine like mine. Im talking major repairs not a routine maintnance servie job , my car had suffered several fatal engine organ failures and was on its way to its final resting place at the junkyard. But thank god the mechanical surgeons at charlies garage performed a miracle and gave my vehicle a second chance at life .

This place is a scam 100% took my vehicle there no check engine light on leave with the check engine light on my car was shaking and jittering they were acting like it was my fault after the third time of my vehicle being just trashed when I left that third time was a charm for me had my friend send me to his mechanic wow somebody loosen three spark plugs they were shaking around in there unplugged different things terrible do not let them take advantage of you they will they are liars.

DONT GO HERE Took my van in to get the rear brakes and rotors done, $700. Got my van back the same day and the check engine light started blinking and my van starts shuttering very hard and won’t go over 45 on my way home. Called this guy and he told me to bring it back the next day and he’d look at it. Brought it back the next day and he said he’d look at it but it’d cost $130 just to look at it. I told him my van didn’t have any engine problems when I brought it in and he told me about a story about how one time he took his truck to a mechanic and the transmission dropped the same day, “sometimes that happens”. I took my van up the road to autozone and they plugged my van into their computer and said it needed spark plugs. I bought spark plugs brought them back here to get installed and he charged me $170 for the installation of spark plugs. My van still still won’t go over 45 and shutters very badly at times. I took my van in for the rear brakes, now I’m down $1000, my van doesn’t run right, there’s exhaust leaking into the cab and my doors randomly lock and unlock while I drive. Summary: I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone because they obviously aren’t the best mechanics and when they screw up they’re going to try and milk more money out of you instead of taking accountability and fixing their own mistakes.

Got a lean code on an older Mazda Protege 5. The open estimate went from cheap to gigantic, if it needed both O2 sensors replaced. They called back within an hour and said we fixed it. Turns the plastic intake pipe had a small crack behind the MAF box, causing the lean code. They wrapped it in black duct tape (which they had to go and buy) and didn't charge me a dime. They wouldn't even let me pay for the tape. THIS is true, honest mechanic, service.

We had a leaking oil pan gasket. Stopped in late afternoon and Kenny said to be there at 7:50 the next morning. We returned and they were finished by 9:30. Excellent turn-around time and nice to deal with. Saved us as we were travelling through and needed to move on.
