As a woman, it’s difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic. It’s the harsh unfortunate truth. Looking at the outstanding reviews, I gave this place a shot and was amazed by their customer service! I felt welcomed and well informed! All of the mechanics are super friendly, in the best way possible. On top, the prices are unbeatable! I can very confidently recommend this shop for anyone looking to get their car fixed. All the issues in the car were resolved, and I haven’t had any problems with since. I cannot thank you enough!

Have been doing business with Juan Carlos of Charlies for quite a few years. Find them to be very capable and honest. I drive from Santee to get car work done and recommend them without reservations.

Honest and dependable as the day is long. It’s hard to find a mechanic that you have enough confidence in so as to not worry about being shafted. Juan Carlos and his experienced mechanics will not steer you wrong nor give you a shock with an outrageous quote. They have taken care of my family’s vehicles for 20+ years. My 2010 Fusion has 222000 miles on it and I have the mechanics at Charlie’s to thank for just about everyone of them.

This is the ONLY shop I take my cars to. I have been using them for years and they have THE BEST MECHANICS!!! I had my motor and transmission repaired with no issues in 3 days! I recommend this shop for any mechanical work!

First off i wanna thank juan and his team of experts in getting my subaru back to life. friendly staff reasonable prices great work will definitely be doing any engine repair here i highly recommend this shop they do everything glad i found this shop.
