I had a good experience with Maria. I recommended my brother and Rogelio S. Never returned my calls or text. My brother bought a car and forgot to tell Rogelio that I recommended him. I spoke to Rogelio two days after he bought the car and said he would get back to me about the referral fee. He never returned my calls or text.

My mind was blown that Hyundai's design has advanced so beautifully. We previously had a 2010 Elantra but this time I bought a 2024 Santa Fe. Great driver assist functions, a large screen, dark green exterior with black leather seats/suede interior. The rear view mirror can display the rear camera and even though it doesn't have front cameras, which was a requirement for me at first, there are sensors and a 360 view option (in reverse gear) which keeps me from destroying my front bumper.

Couldn't ask for a better service center. The people a great very kind and considerate. Keep you well informed on what's been done on your vehicle. Waiting room is super comfortable, there's always coffee and bottled water for your convenience.

Absolutely amazing it is always amazing! Just confused as to why my bill of sale says tint $500 if what my tint actually costed wasn’t even $200 do I get a refund on that or what because I got the eyebrow and I had to pay out of pocket. Other than that everything is amazing and the people are even better! 10/10 recommend

All Hyundai staff were wonderful… I wanted to meet big hearted / humble wonderful person Charlie Clark. I’ll meet him one day. He wasn’t in town this past Saturday 11/16/24 when I bought my vehicle. For the first time that I walk into a dealership here in Laredo & customers & my self get the quick attention on customer service at the Sally port and to top it off the manager , Mr. Sales Manager was cooking chicken quesadillas for customer and boy is he a good cook my God those quesadillas taste a lot better that other business around the area . Devine . Very happy and off course will recommend I already send my Sister in- law and she bought a car there too . Will recommend to co- workers .
