5 star 🌟 PLUS rating!! I was on a business trip from the West Coast and was driving a rental car that had a flat tire, darn nail. I was late for a meeting and googled tire shop near me and stopped by to get help. Tim was great, he pumped up my tires right away so I could get to my lunch meeting and I later came back to get the tire fixed. Brett, George & Tequila were so accommodating with big smiles on their faces! I want to shout from the rooftops!! Go to Chapel Hill Tire on Harrod street!! Best experience EVER!!! Now THIS is Southern Hospitality. ❤️😁👏✨

Always on time, always courteous. Their inspection reports are thorough and they're not pushy about recommend services. I do most of my own routine maintenance, but for tire changes or anything involving more than 2 gallons of fluid, I take my truck in to these guys.

Chapel Hill Crabtree is always so helpful and professional....had previously done business with AAA .....realized AAA repair costs and diagnostics were more costly. CHT recently replaced 4 tires (Michelin)...best price around.

Good, fast, cheap - you usually only get to pick one. At Chapel Hill tires you get two - good and fast. Not the cheapest shop around, but still very competitive and there's usually a reason the other shops are cheap - you get neither fast nor good. It's worth paying a little more for quality work. The facilities (Crabtree) were very clean and comfortable. They offer a free shuttle, and wifi if you stay and wait. Last two times I had tires mounted and balanced, I had to return because at least one tire was not balanced correctly. Chapel Hill Tire got it right the first time. I knew I had at least one bad TPMS sensor. Older vehicle so they could have easily sold me more than one but they were honest and just replaced the one bad sensor. Overall a great experience and a satisfied customer who will return next time I need tires or related service.

I have been meaning to leave a review for this location on Glenwood by Crabtree Valley Mall. Every time I go in there everyone is so nice. I have received the best service always… Even if it was just to get air in my tires.

I've been very impressed by the service I receive at Chapel Hill Tire. They have a very responsive team and appointments are easy to make. Once your appointment is set, they are communicative throughout the entire process - sending you texts/calls diagnosing any issues that come up and recommendations on what to fix. I appreciate that that they are willing to talk through various options available. On my last visit, I purchased 4 new tires for my car. A week later they called to let me know they were running a promotion and retroactively refunded me for installation costs - I was surprised they reached back out and grateful for their honesty. I worked with Chance and he was very helpful and provided excellent service!

As I've previously written in reviews of Chapel Hill Tire (Crabtree Valley), its staff provides extraordinary service; customers are treated courteously, and you can count on your car's receiving prompt, thorough attention. As of 12/26/2024, CHT has serviced our cars six times. Our Nissan Altima's most recent problem was a malfunctioning oxygen sensor. Chance Tschirret patiently discussed the situation and likely repair costs with me prior to our decision to keep repairing a 12-year-old car. He also provided prompt updates. I've been repeatedly amazed by the thoughtfulness and generosity of the CHT employees. I trust this business to do work that needs to be done and NOT to recommend unnecessary services.

Saying I’m thoroughly impressed is an understatement. From the time I spoke to Daniel on the phone, the process was so smooth, thorough, pleasant… I’m almost in disbelief, lol. I had given up on customer service ages ago. These folks proved me wrong. What a pleasure dealing with Chapel Hill tire has been. Chance should be promoted too!!! No wonder they’re so successful. Comfortable waiting area. I asked for a state inspection and to reset my clock. The diagnostic on the car found an undercharging battery which was replaced at CHT last year. No problem about their replacing the defective battery. I did not notice the clock when I left but it had been set to the wrong time in military time (15:02) The people are nice but the quality was not good this time.

Guys here were decent-they took videos and pictures of certain issues under my car, and explained why they couldn’t perform the service I had requested. Also gave me a list of potential repairs and replacements that they recommenced(22yr old vehicle), but didn’t pressure me to repair anything, and also didn’t charge me for getting it up on the lift and a having a look at it! Thanks

Had a great experience at Chapel Hill Tire - Crabtree. My appointment was for the NC State Inspection. The inspection was very detailed and included a few recommendations along with pictures. Done in 30 minutes!

Very professional and courious staff. Very clean and pleasant service counter and separate waiting room. Performed work as requested in a timely manner. Did not pressure to "up-sell" me services I did not need or desire. I would recommend and use them again.
