Great service and highly professional. Brett and Tequila are terrific. They replaced my transmission and when it turned out the one they’d been sent was leaking they got a new one and replaced at no charge. I will not go anywhere else for service.

I've used this business for years and always find them so pleasant to deal with. Their helpfulness in offering pick-up and delivery really comes in handy at times, but on-sight the service is efficient and wait-space clean and comfortable.

1-Made an appointment to install new tires a TPMS sensors .they didn’t start working on my truck till 1hour after the appointment time 2- Tequila quotes me a price was was incorrect and ended up being twice as much as the quote 3- they stated they would inspect if the truck needed a alignment and let me know prior for approval- They performed the alignment without communicating with me and brought to my attention at the time to pay 4- was told 1hr and 30 minute job that ending up taking 3 hours . While sitting there waiting!!! I noticed they are more concerned about creating more service /up selling. I’ll be mailing my old mechanic in California a Christmas gift because he was good,honest and took the time to explain the service but cost efficient options (good/better/best)to work with his customers .

Extremely overpriced. I went in already knowing what my issue was due to knowing the check engine code. I also knew the solution. They told me they had to do their own diagnostic testing. One hour later they told me they found several things but would need to do an additional two hour testing and leave my vehicle overnight to to fix the issue I originally came in for. They told me I needed to replace my thermostat but because my vehicle had two they would recommend changing both because they did not know which one was bad.(I actually agree with that). What I don't agree with is them wanting to charge me $110 for one Thermostat and $130 for another. Then the wanted to charge $447 for labor to change thermostats. Then they recommended changing the radiator hose and wanted to charge $185.59 for the radiator hose. This is a $15 dollar hose from Autozone. I paid for the one hour diagnostic fee and took my truck elswhere. Got all the mentioned work above done for at total of $650 compared to a $3133 quote they gave me

Great service. Very thorough in their diagnostics and explanations. The lower rating comes from a failed inspection because of a pin hole (staple) puncture of a tire. If i hadnt told them about the tire they would have never known since it holds air to proper pressure. They refused to repair but offered to sell me 4 new tires at $1400. The tire is repairable but it is close to the edge but it's not in the sidewall at all. I will continue to use CHT but will be selective when choosing the repairs i allow them to complete.

There is no other way to say Excellent! The people at Chapel Hill Tire really know how to treat a wounded customer. “A dog is man’s best friend”. I disagree; the people at this location is a friend. Took my truck in for a handful of issues, they were professional, very quick locating cause of my issues, and laid out my recommended repairs in a way that was easy to understand. When I picked up the truck the mechanic came out and explained the pictures they had emailed me. Awesome job.
