Under promised and over delivered. Dropped off my vehicle late afternoon with an air conditioning issue and they said they would work it in but we're running behind and it may take 2 to 3 days. I received a call the next day by noon with the issue and the price. Vehicle is fixed later the same day. Took the vehicle on an extra-long trip and the air conditioning has worked beautifully.

The owners son is rude. Have taken My vehicles to champion for years but not anymore. Since Buddy passed and the son took over the service is not the same. Don't tell him he's wrong on something he won't fix your car then. STAY AWAY

Took my car to have breaks replaced was told I had a lock on my tires and needed the key. Turns out the lug nuts dis not have a lock because I took one off myself and when I took the car back and told the owners son about it and showed him he was wrong he then stared he couldn't do the job. I would not take my car there if you paid me

Champion went above and beyond my expectations. Had an engine/electrical issue while driving that I couldn’t diagnose. I dropped my car off at noon and they had it ready by 4pm same day. I researched the average cost of parts and labor for what they did and their price was below what I found. I was blown away by their speed and honesty.

Our car was brought here after Firestone quoted us almost $800 for a starter replacement. Lmao. These folks had it in same day, $380 and we will forever take our cars here.

Said they'd fix my car(dodge challenger) I left it overnight and they called and said I needed a specialist. I said what's wrong with it they said idk but you need a specialist that deals specifically with rearends. I asked if they put it up on the lift and looked at anything he Said " Nope. I had someone watching the rearebd as I was backing it up and he said it was Crook-id and caddy-wampuss and there was a lod& violent pop so we parked it and i cant do nothing for yaz. I had already told him about the violent popping sound when I dropped it off although I thought it was coming from the front. So for not even putting it on the lift and looking at a single thing I deducted 2 stars off the top because i did find out that it was a rear hub assembly and actually fixed it myself in my garage at home for 150$ and im not a mechanic so they definitely couldve fixed it had they actually wanted to/ tried to fix it.. I also added 1 star for them having all kinds of Dale Earnhardt memorabilia and obviously being a fan of the intimidator and also them letting me get my keys 15 mins after closing time. As I really needed to get them that day... I would use this company again and they seemed very knowledgeable and sincere in apologizing they couldn't help.

They have always done great work for me in the past, but I don't have enough words to describe their honesty, I took my truck to them thinking I was going to have a bill around $650.00 but instead I got a zero balance bill, because the problem I thought I had, I didn't, a simple ix,and a phone call saying what the real problem was,they could have changed me the $650.00 and I wouldn't have known the difference. Honesty is so rare these days, especially in the business world, so I recommend for them for services on your vehicle!!!

I first stopped at Firestone to find out why check engine light was on. They didn't have time to service my car today and wanted to scheduled for Wednesday; which was two days later. Good thing I didn't settle and continue searching for one that will see me right away. Champion Automotive Service met my need and gave me the diagnosis I needed to know within the hour. Thank you for your service. I gave them a 4 star because the waiting area was dusty it needed to be sanitized due to the pandemic.

My experience at Champion was very pleasant. The staff was professional; especially Ms. Caroline. I had to replace my Camshafts; diagnostic was done prior to them doing any work to confirm that it was my camshafts. I will be taking my car to Champion for any further repairs.
