I have been coming to this place for used tires and alignment for over 8 years. I gave a star because of the owner and the lady at the counter. But for the service boys, they deserve no star. They are so rude and say derogatory things to customers. The look on their face isn't welcoming at all. They are very proud. At first I thought I was making a wrong assumptions but, reading through some reviews, I found out that I am not alone. If you don't mind insults and bad treatment, here is a place for you. I hardly write reviews but I am compelled to do so today.

Fast and friendly service, the owner is very nice. The most exciting thing is that they can repair aluminum alloy wheels.

Fui a alinear mi carro y lo primero que me salieron diciendo era que debia hacerle 2 trabajos al carro, la alineacion quedo mal el carro se va hacia un lado, decidi ir a otro taller y lo alinearon y quedo bien y le pregunté por los trabajos que me habian recomendado hacer y me dijeron que no era necesario 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Mi esposo fue a hacer un alineamiento y balanceo a mi carro, y me dejaron el volante chueco, el no se dio cuenta porque pues es mi carro y el casi no lo maneja, y yo cuando lo agarré me di cuenta que estaba chueco😭 y se le encendió una luz. Lo lleve y me lo arreglaron rápido así que no todo estuvo tan mal. El señor que me lo arregló fue muy amable y rápido!

"I had a really disappointing experience at their tire shop. After they installed and balanced my new tires, there were issues with their workmanship. When I brought my car back, instead of owning up to the problem, they tried to mislead me into paying for an alignment I didn't need. They flat-out refused to properly address the shoddy installation and balancing job they had done initially. It was clear they didn't care about making it right or providing fair service to the customer. Their utter lack of accountability and dismissive attitude was extremely frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone - the quality was subpar, the value was terrible, and the customer service was nonexistent. Save yourself the headache and hassle by avoiding them completely. Quality = 0 Value=0".

Went in for an alignment and they ended up making my turns short. I couldn’t do a U turn to the driver side on every traffic stop and also said I needed shocks .. went to tell them my alignment was not correct and they said it wasn’t them who messed that up and sent me to my original mechanic. Which my original mechanic did a great job when I got the car I was able to do every turn without a problem. Never coming again to this location . they need to do better.

I bought a used tire for my front driver side. It got flat in 2 days. This place is a scam. They gave a tire with a nail on the side wall which isnt fixable smh. I would give zero stars if I could!

Worst experience. Bought 2 used tires with balance and installation included. Dude didn't balance both tires, even though I asked them twice and they said yes its balanced. SCAM. had to go somewhere else to balance both wheels for another $20

Owner or whoever speak to the customer are rude and condescending. I brought my car there to change the tires 3 different times. Every time, they would give different prices. On the 3rd time, they broke off the wheel stud thread because the dude went overboard with the impact gun. After they broke it off. The guy look at me straight in the face and said it would cost another $125 to replace/fix that. This shop got comfortable because the rely on being there for a while. Their service went from ok to bad. Hope they're going out of business soon.
