Straightforward, no nonsense, gets the job done. We're making a cross country move right now and happened to notice one of our tires had exposed metal while we were in Atlanta. We needed a replacement right away and they hooked us up. Reasonable prices and they didn't try and upsell us on anything we didn't need. Thanks for saving our butts!

Do not do speed balancing will tell u on the phone, will say the same thing when u go up there. The crazy part is they told me 10 dollars a tire to speed balance and I’m happy so I happily give them 40 dollars 😂 okay the was done quick so now I kno it was a regular balance which that’s not what I needed so once riding off the same issue 😂 so I call and ask again do yall do speed balancing they said yeah I said well yall did mines and it’s doin the same he said it’s sum else they gotta check 🤦🏽‍♀️ who? Call other places it’s 140 and up to speed balance im at Butler in Austell waiting and it’s 180 plus tax for my car

Had them do a original alignment, it still was off, had them do a second and it was still off. Maybe only trust them with tire replacements. I’ve had all of my front end replaced control arms, cv axles anything you can name. Had a different shop do it and it’s perfect.

Okay I guess too expensive the employer that was working there tried to charge me too much for my tire but he ended up doing a good job putting it on and fast

I had made a previous review not realizing it was on the wrong company platform. I've worked with chamber before, and had nothing but good service across the board. Sorry chamber you deserve better then that.

Bought a used tire the other day because I caught a flat. Customer service was good, however, took my car for an oil change and was informed my new used tire wasn't the correct size for my car.

DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE A SCAM they screwed up my alignment and the balance, they also chewed up the bolts for all of my tiers. They refuse to refund for a job they screwed up.

Kept coming up with issues to avoid doing an alignment…. I honestly didn’t even see if alignment equipment was there!!! Beware Update: You weren’t even there to begin with!!! I had to wait 15 minutes for you to get there then wait 20 more minutes for you to try to upsell me on tires and then even admit you don’t do alignment on bad tires after me complaining of waiting!!! Why didn’t you just say it to be fine with??? Thanks for your response and I hope your future customers see what type of business you are running!!!! Please provide pictures of your alignment equipment if I’m wrong!!!

Late on this review by almost a year, but the fact that I remembered and came back to do so will tell you a bit about Chamber tires. The moment you walk in Mr.Chamber treats you like family and doesn't sugarcoat what needs work on your car. Very helpful when I popped almost all of my tires on some glass and was affordable too!

This morning I received the best customer service. Not only did Chamber Tires provided my car with a tire, other work had to be performed. They took the time to explain what was needed and why. Went for an alignment but when I drove off my steering was swaying left and right. I went back they re-did the alignment, but had the same issue again. The owner test drove it and agreed there was an issue. He immediately refunded my money. I took it to a different shop, found out it was the lower control arm and I'm going back to Chambers for the repair. I really appreciated the customer service
