Awesome service. Brought my truck in with grinding leaky brakes at 8:30 am. Before noon my truck was ready with all new brakes all the way around. A fraction of dealer cost. Highly recommend Chad.

Called 2 weeks ago to get a qoute on a transmission pan gasket and they said will call me back next day and never did, I called again and spoke with someone else and they said they would call me back and never did. So I called again on Monday 07/22/2024 and again told me they will return my call and have not. I wish the would have said no we dont want your money!!

I dropped of my VW Beetle with a leak and they were very kind and communicative! They called me the very next day with an estimate which was a reasonable price for the part and amount of labor. They got her done the next day and filled up my tires! Amazing service and very kind people!!

Friendly service. The got my AC fixed in one day, charged the priced they quoted, and went above and beyond. I will be taking my car there for any other issues.

If I had to trust anyone with my car, it would be Chad. He does an amazing job at both communication and doing repairs. Very honest and gives very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend Chad.

I don't really know much about this shop other than they close at 4pm? My wife works at the University about 5 blocks from their location. I needed to have the air pressure in her rear tires checked right after she got off work at 5. She has to drive an hour back home and they were both low. I called late morning to see if someone could check it just after 5 and was told the shop closed at 4pm. I though it was odd so I found another local shop to help.

I got an Excellent deal on an Interstate battery. Only 10 dollars more than a generic store brand with a longer warranty. Honest man with a very knowledgeable and honest mechanic! 5 stars for you sir.

I went in for a basic service. They broke something that they weren't even supposed to be touching and then said they were going to break the same part on the other side to get the job done making the whole job cost 30% more than normal. I took the car to another shop had them do the job and fix what Chad's had broken and still walked out 200$ cheaper than this place.

It took a long time for the repair (Honda Odyssey van, new alternator), but all the repair shops in town are swamped. Because alternator was only one yr old, it was warranty covered, and labor was free too. Chad is a fair guy.

Had coolant leaking out of my water pump. Took it to Chad's who said it might be a while. Was back in my driveway 2 days after the leak started. Was only with him for one and a half days. Best service I have ever received from a mechanic. Going back for any other issues.

This shop is the best. Men you can send your mothers, daughters, and wife to this repair shop. They are trust worthy. They won't lie or try to cheat you like other repair shops. I am 52 and my husband passed away a few years ago. I have found since the repair shop really try to take advantage of older women, women in general. You don't have to worry about that at chad's. Parents same with college students. They are very reasonable on their prices. The only bad part is because he is so trusted he is also very busy. It may take a little longer to get in if it is a busy week. Oh no worries also that within a week or two something else will break down because they messed with it to get you in again. This shop is one with integrity. I just wanted to give an update review on this shop. I still stand by the review I gave above this shop is a shop of integrity. I have had to use them times over the years since the first time I walked in they still do the top notch job at very good prices. I went in to have my brakes taken care of expecting both the front and the back to have to be worked on it turns out my back were in pretty good condition and they only needed to take care of the front. So when I got there and they let me know I was very happy since the bill was much lower. So I still encourage people if you want to go to a place that you don't have to worry about them lying to you and charging you more on things that don't even need to be fixed this is the shop to go to

Dropped my car off after calling and asking about the wait time. I heard either today or tomorrow he should take a look at it to explain the issue which was ok. So a week and a half goes by with no call back. I call and then I hear what the problem is. I had to call on my own even though I was trying to be patient. I gave him the benefit of the doubt so once it hit 2 weeks I just went back and got my car. Waste of time. I dont know how people I knew personally referred him.

I bought a Lincoln Town Car last week which had some AC issues. nearly perfect in every way, aside from the AC not blowing cold. I looked up some information about diagnostics in case it was something ridiculously simple, did a couple of suggested tests and quickly established this was far beyond my ability to handle. So I checked Yelp & Google Reviews for an honest mechanic in Huntsville. Which lead me to Chad's Automotive. I called, asked when he could look at it, established an appointment and dropped it off this morning @ 8. By 11 he called me back with an honest appraisal of what was wrong. He could have hit me with bad compressor, orifice/evaporator.....and I would have cried and paid the bill. But he was an honest man who said, "leaky hose, it'll be this much" - and it was. Chad is a good, honest, quality mechanic and a man that I am looking forward to doing business with for years to come.

Who knows if this place is any good. I wasted 5 days waiting to give them my business. Took my truck in on Friday, they said they couldn't get to it that day but bring it back on Saturday and they could get it in. Took it in on Saturday and they said they were booked up and to bring it Monday first thing. Brought it back on Monday and they said the garage door wasn't working and they physically couldn't get it in. Again, they said bring it in on Tuesday first thing. I brought it in on Tuesday morning first thing and they said again, "can't get it in today but bring it in tomorrow morning first thing" and they for sure could work on it. So this Wednesday morning, I bring it in and guess what? Booked and couldn't get it in. They said to bring it back tomorrow but I've learned my lesson. Don't tell me to keep bringing it back and promising to work on it if you can't. Extremely ticked off that I wasted so much time trying to give them some business.
