I will never set foot in that store again. They yell at you, they are super rude. They deny you the warranty. I bought a battery and it didn't work and they denied that everything was okay, they yelled at me, they insulted me, it was a very horrible experience.

We've been using Chad for 7 years and I'm not sure why I've haven't left a review before. He is so friendly, honest and flexible. It also seems he is good to his employees, since we've seen familiar faces over the years which speaks to his character and makes me want to remain loyal to them. Thanks Chad and your team!

Friendly and reliable!! Will happily continue coming to this auto shop for any of my car's needs. Had a sudden issue with my car and they were able to fix it pretty quick for a reasonable price. They were very knowledgeable and didn't try to push any repairs or services I didn't need and kept me informed every step of the way. As a small side note, I adore the lobby/front desk area!! It has a lot of love put into it. Can't recommend this shop enough. Thankyou to the Chad Miller team!!

I had a great experience with Chad Miller Auto Care. They took care of two issues with my vehicle and were good at texting me updates. My car handle broke off and the under carriage was having issues. The price was fair and I look forward to have them be my go to auto care place in the future!

Chad was very honest about every issue on my car. I was very pleased when explain everything step by step and looked into every opportunity to save me money with discounts. I don't know much about cars, but I was very pleased with the service I received. He pointed out other serious problems with my car, that I wasn't aware of. They offered me shuttle service back to my house, and picked me up when Iit was time to pick up my car. You can count on great service at the "Chad Miller Auto Care." I will make sure I tell all my family and friends about them. I will take my car back there again if any other issues on my car comes. Thank you so much for your service it was well appreciated, 💯😇

Great spot good owner he cares and when you get diagnosed you get sent an in depth report along with photographs to understand what it is that needs to be fixed would definitely come here again

Straightforward service, provided in a timely manner, for a reasonable price. Able to answer questions clearly. I had to call to get a status update on my vehicle– I would appreciate that they inform me of the status within 8-hours of dropoff without me having to call; everything else was top notch, including customer service and wait times.

Had a electrical issue with my Chrysler 300C. My car had lost power and was running super rough and was throwing codes left and right "thought I was in a boxing match with all those codes". Well I spoke with them and these guys Knocked it out the park. They found the short and fixed it and gave me my vehicle back within a weeks time. If you ever have dealt with a short, they are hard to find at times. All in all, I'm very impressed with the repair time, cost, and service. Will be using them again. If you need your vehicle repairs done, they can do it.

My review is a bit bittersweet - but only because I am going to miss having honest and reliable mechanics and a trustworthy shop to bring my car to after I move. I regret not coming to Chad Miller earlier with my car, but better late than never, for certain! My car is 8 years old and has only been owned by my me, so I know where it's been and all of its maintenance, and I have to admit I'm pretty picky and on-spot about maintaining the vehicle to ensure it keeps running for the next 100,000+ miles. I know Chad and his team would get her there. They did a thorough inspection before we took the car on a 5,000+ mile road trip from San Antonio to Canada via the Rockies, and not only did they fix what needed to be before hand, but of the maintenance items they saw that would be needed down the line, they advised which ones to prioritize when and provided an estimate so I could plan. I haven't been to another shop that doesn't try to sell all of these "immediate repairs" the day I'm there using scare tactics. Thanks Chad and Team, and if you ever go to Atlanta, let me know so I can show you around town!

Based on the reviews, I was expecting incredible service, and I got it. I mainly came by for an oil change. I actually was anticipating paying the $150 diagnostic fee to have them check out my drive belt, but they didn't charge me. The last place I went to told me that it was time for a new one (a lie). As a woman, I am wary of the service I'll receive based on my gender, but here at Chad Miller, they weren't trying to make more money for an unnecessary service. I appreciate honest work.

Came here while we were en route to camping from out of town. We ended up having car troubles and staying the night locally, coming here first thing in the morning. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful getting us back on the road. My husband and I were blown away by the care we received. Thank you Chad Miller for taking care of us!!! This review has been a long time in the making, and I owe the guys at Chad Miller Auto Care an apology for taking so long to sing their praises online. I have, at this point, been a repeat customer of Chad Miller's for at least a year and a half and through several different trips back to the repair shop. Some of which were by choice and not necessity. You know you've found a great team of mechanics and a trustworthy business when you voluntarily inconvenience yourself to get non-essential repairs done to your vehicle. Like mentioned previously, these guys have helped me no less than six times in the past year and change, with some major repairs and some vanity concerns as well. All repairs were done well within budget, they were done quickly and efficiently, communication and expectations were conveyed well, and turn around time for some of the repair work that was being accomplished truly left me astonished. I honestly don't believe that I can effectively put into words just home much I appreciate the team at Chad Miller Auto Care, but they have earned a customer for life, and I have already told all of my family and friends about the excellent service that I have received at their shop. Speaking of which, I have already convinced both of my younger brothers and our mother to utilize Chad Miller's services and they were also blown away by the outstanding customer service, the price, and the speed with which repairs were accomplished. So on behalf of my family, "Thank you very much Chad Miller Auto Care! We appreciate what you have done for us, and we trust that the amazing work that y'all do will continue far into the future! Our vehicles are in your experienced hands!" I hope this small token of my appreciation for y'all is enough, and I look forward to seeing y'all again soon, regardless of the circumstances surrounding my next visit. Ihave been coming to Chad Miller for years. The people at here are always super helpful. They understand when you're on a budget and don't try to sell you a bunch of repairs that can wait. They have always seemed very trustworthy in my dealings with them.
