The staff at the Hollywood Chablis are amazing. Today I walked in with a tire that was very low. They took care of the tire and patched it free of charge. Their customer service is terrific. That's why it's the only place I go to for tires and service.

Russell and his team provided top-notch customer service. After sharing with Russell my expectations from my tire purchase, it was discovered I was uneducated in my decision. My needs and the pre planned purchase were not capatibale with my daily tasks, but Russell and his team spent hours building the best possible outcome within my budget and needs. I will be referring Russell and his team to my friends and family moving forward. I look forward to doing more business with Chabill's due to this professional experience.

The crew here is amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's car was taken care of. Big thanks to the manager, Russell, for staying after hours to be sure we were taken care of since her car was a little difficult just to change the battery. Everyone there is so helpful, and makes you feel comfortable. I had gotten a flat tire and they squeezed me into their busy schedule, in order to fix it. They have such an amazing team working there!

Chabill’s ALWAYS finds a way to help with my vehicles even IF I do not choose repairs done by them ! Several times they have done work or given advice which helped me WITH NO CHARGE ! Unheard of “generosity and integrity” in these days! I will loyally give them my vehicle maintenance on all 3 of my vehicles without any hesitation. You WILL NOT regret giving Chabill’s a chance to serve you !

(Update 2024, I needed a new battery to get me back on the road and back at work fast! Chabill’s took care of everything! As usual provided service beyond compare. Got me out of a bind and I’ll be on time for work tomorrow!) Excellent service. Great work, have used them for years, always pleased. Continuing into 2020, great helpful friendly service. I can count on Chabill's Hollywood Rd. to keep my car on the road. Update for 2022, still great service and the only place I bring my car. I highly recommend Chabill's Hollywood Rd.

Hi I was sent away from my dealership this afternoon around four o’clock saying that I had two bad tires on my car. They said that they could get them and get them for the next day but I had an out of town medical appointment for the next morning so I stopped by the Chabill’s on Hollywood Rd in Houma and Russ and his team worked some magic and made it happen. He didn’t have any tires in my size either but he found some and changed all four tires and had me back on my way within an hour and a half. I am very happy that I rolled into Chabill’s and we made it to my appointment and back without worrying about the tires on my car. Thanks Russ from the bottom of my heart ♥️ God bless 😄

They took care of my son’s vehicle very quickly so he could get back to campus for school. It was an unexpected repair and they took the vehicle right at closing, ordered the parts overnight and fixed it the next day. I highly recommend Chabill on No, Hollywood in Houma.

Chabills is the best service I've ever experienced. Hands down the best.... The other day late in the afternoon, I had problems with my truck, out of town and pulling a trailer my service light came on and the truck was barely able to drive (4 wheel drive engaged without selecting 4wd and slippage) Two great mechanics, Russ & Beau stepped in to resolve the problem. Pressed on time I was only able to complete my task because of Russ & Beau. Not only did they fix the issues the next day they called to check on me and see how the truck was running. Now that's great service. I'm going to continue taking my vehicles to Chabill's from now on.

Had an appt today for oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived at the appointed time, all the racks were full. I asked if I should come back at another time and they said no. I waited for my vehicle and it took exactly the one hour they promised. Very pleased with the service and friendliness of the workers.

My experience here was great, Mr. Ross took his time with me and his receptionist was excellent as well. I would highly recommend Chabill's tires for service to anyone!
