Where do I start. November of 2022 my truck was put into your shop. Let y’all know we’d be picking it up after my baby was born. While it was there the catalytic converter and turbo were replaced. However the weekend we drove 500 miles to come get it, after having given you notice we were told my diesel wouldn’t be ready. Once we received the truck, of which y’all decided to be a chop shop and put the turbo back on incorrectly. My dually went up in flames after 50 miles from the time of being driven. Insurance did investigation that found the shop at fault

Always tells you what is exactly wrong with the vehicle honesty and fair pricing best mechanic I have ever used I rarely recommend anyone but I have and would definitely recommend him .

Take your vehicle here for a simple service and leave with needing a new engine That's right! You will receive a text instead of a courtesy phone call from Carlos, the owner The automated text message will ask for over $10,000 to replace your engine That's right! I came in with a working vehicle for a service not pertaining to the engine! Totally unrelated for what I took it in for and then now they want the big bucks so they can line their dirty pockets Carlos will also decline all calls and have you speak to the poor receptionist who has to do all his dirty work for him, mind you she is not a licensed mechanic and you can hear the sadness in her voice which sound like she works for a tyrant and knows it He is deceptive and very inviting to the point that he will talk your ear off about his business when you are just trying to leave, like a typical thief! Name another business that uses texts and a receptionist to avoid basic human interaction for a service of over $10,000 to simply explain how he came to his conclusions, I'll wait for your answer... The word customer service has not entered his vocabulary That's because he's ashamed and a crook!

Great service! I had a major coolant leak arise in my truck, and Carlos was more than happy to take my truck in same day I brought up the issue and had my vehicle ready by the end of the day!

I was very surprised my truck broke had water in the fuel in a couple other minor problems these people took care of it and we're nice enough to shuttle me back and forth to the hotel that I was staying at which wasn't far but with all the construction on the highways little difficult if I'm in the area again and have a problem I will be calling them first off!

I give Carlos Hernandez 5 stars rating! Carlos Hernandez is the most honest mechanic as they come! He will not screw with your vehicle to get more business and squeeze money out of you. And I've been to ALOT of mechanics. No longer after Carlos Hernandez fixed my vehicle. He's THE ONLY ONE I WILL LET TOUCH ANY OF MY VEHICLES. He's honest and fair. He does great work.
