I wish you guys would include the recommended services in your notifications. If your going to remind me to get my tires rotated why not remind me of the other services my car needs at that milage? It's frustrating to go into a place and not know how much I'm going to pay. That way when I come in I'm not making decisions on the spot and I can let my tech know and authorize ahead of time so I don't waste mine.

Arrived without an appointment to change my truck Oil change. Service completed quickly and efficiently, kept updated with progress. Received the car with no damage and clean. Defiantly will be back again.

They are always real quick and get the job done right but getting into the parking lot with a little difficult. It is too crowded with a lot of vehicles.

Nothing bad nothing great, couldnt work out a deal but not bad service either just a regular dealership and you know how they can be when they are close to military installations, best advice i can give based off my experience is stay away from dealerships close to military bases, youll find better prices farther away and more wiggle room in negotiations.

Very expensive parts. Better to order at AutoZone and get the genuine ones. Less than the price here. And if they are aftermarket, even cheaper.

Went for an oil change. Service was fine. Only complaint is the wait time. I arrived to my scheduled appointment at 7am and left around 8.30am. Meaning 90mins for an oil change even with appointment.

I had an issue with my silverado transmission hardshifting,, made an appointment, then had a service employee call to tell me it was nothing they could fix and to cancel the appointment. A week later, it got substantially worse so I made another appointment. I took it in and there were transmission codes, a bad speed sensor etc which took several hours to repair. The truck runs great again. However, very disappointed that they were trying to discourage me from bringing my truck in, because it seemed they were hoping I would wait til after my warranty expired. Setting up service was fairly easy, but when I went to pick it up, the service writer who I initially talked to ignored me when I tried to talk to him about my truck. So in the end, I got my truck worked on, but was only able to talk to the cashier instead of someone knowledgeable about the repairs. At sterling McCall Toyota, I always had someone to talk to. I'd recommend going there to see how they run their service organization, and make a culture pivot to match that.

I hate to be that guy, but here goes. When I arrived, vehicles that arrived after me were attended to before mine. After waiting for 25 minutes, a service adviser came and checked on me. There was a bit of miscommunication on when and where to drop off my truck. After that was sorted out, the loaner that I was scheduled to take was not available; however, a substitute vehicle was located. The truck was completed and ready as promised, but it was not cleaned prior to me picking it up and there were some stains from the spray in bedliner left behind on my driver's side seat. The extra set of keys that I was told would be ready were locked away in an office, so I was told that they would be mailed to me at a later date. Once I got the truck home, I was able to get the stains out and wipe the dirt out of the floor mats. All and all, the work was quality and the staff was friendly and they did their best to fix a difficult situation. This has been my only somewhat negative experience ever with this service department, so I will be going back.
