Always great service. Their prices are reasonable and they always have my car done promptly. I have had them repair my wife’s 4Runner and daughter’s Ford Focus. They even replaced a brake bulb for free without me asking for it… awesome people!

The terminal connection on my Nissan’s battery became loose, and it caused my car to not start reliably and I had to get jumped multiple times downtown as a result. I was really stressed about it but Karim at the center was amazing. He looked at my car the same day, and then not only fixed it but also increased my tire pressure unasked and then charged me nothing for it. He could have easily billed me quite a bit, but he didn’t. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for honest service that goes really above and beyond. Five stars, well deserved. Will definitely be coming back.

They have many years of experience and are knowledgeable on all types of cars, including high end European cars. There’s also a comfortable and clean waiting area with Wi-Fi and fresh coffee where I’m able to get my work done. Excellent honest mechanics. It is hard to find trustworthy mechanics that don't overcharge and try to cheat you, but Akbar and Karim , the owners, are very honest, friendly, and helpful. They always tell me the best solutions, and they give me options to choose from. They are the type of mechanics that want to save you money instead of spend money on unnecessary repairs. Certified Auto is also reliable in their work. My family has been going there for over a decade, and we have never had issues with the work they have done when it came to the quality or when it came to the time frame of the service delivery.

I came to this web site trying for find office hours for Certified Auto. Many years ago, I took my car for general maintenance to Certified Auto at the recommendation of my mother. Today, not only am I taking my own car, I am also taking my wife's, my daughter's, and my son's cars. Not only that, all of my brother's cars are now taken care of at Certified Auto. Their service is professional, reliable, reasonable, honest, timely, thorough, and courteous - and I am a stickler for details. Additionally, the facilities are pristine. The restroom is sparking clean. There is fresh coffee and free internet. What else can one ask for?. It has reached a point now that neither I nor any member of my family would consider going anywhere else. This is our go-to place for anything auto related once the original (read free) new car warranty has expired. Great job Akbar and Kareem!! Highly Recommended.
