I came in for an inspection and I failed because of window tint, but they still did the whole inspection, knowing I was gonna fail as soon as they seen the window tint so they could’ve just told me there I was gonna fail, but no, they go through the whole process and tell me at the end terrible Business Dude in the front desk a goofball to DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

These people are very disrespectful n very rude me and my boyfriend went up there for a car inspection they totally wasted our time n took our money they said we failed for front window tint but did the whole inspection n charged us befor telling us as soon they seen my car they could of told me it was going to fail for window tint no they went thru the whole inspection so they could get their weak ass 12$ it’s crazy to me that there that broke up there I wouldn’t bring my Bicycle back to this shop

When I talk to them on the phone, they said that they could fix my car and when I got my car back, the same problems was happening then when I talk to him, they said there’s nothing they can do but still charge me for everything that they did i would not recommend this shop at all.

Well, I was on my break from work. I was traveling through Belton. My car started to overheat and there was no hot air coming from the vents of my car. I called the shop later this evening to ask if they could possibly figure out what was wrong with it. It was near closing time for them the very next day they figured out what was wrong with it and fix the issue completely I have been traveling a little over 100 miles to get home and had zero issues on the way home. I would highly recommend them. They don’t price gouge like othershops do. They’re very nice and very understanding of everybody’s situation.

I had to reschedule my appointment. I called and when I told them I would be waiting with the vehicle they said they don't take waiters and that I'd have to drop my vehicle off. So I called somewhere else because that's what they told me to do. I had been there before and was able to wait for my vehicle. Edit: I fail to see how your lack of ingenuity or preparation to anticipate or expect loss due to cancelations is my problem. DO BETTER.

Ive been having issues with my Ford Ranger's head gaskets and the heat. Everyone there was so kind right from the start and was able to get me in quickly. My previous mechanic, just further up the street, has been rude often and over charged for everything. Certified Auto Repair will forever be my new go-to guys. They work hard, do a great job, customer service is perfect, and they don't over charge like most places. I highly recommend.

My Kia Soul needed rear brake work. After getting quotes from the national chain businesses I have used in the past, I wanted to try someone new and support one of our local businesses. I am very happy I chose Certified Auto Repair in Belton. They fit me in the very day I called and were very polite and professional. They were very affordable and the bill was less than I had expected. I had my car back quickly. I'm very pleased with the service I received and will definitely use Certified Auto Repair in the future.

Dawn and Nate did an amazing job handling the service I needed done on my truck. Dawn was very communicative and even helped me figure out the payment online. Nate did an amazing job handling the diagnostic and even went above and beyond to help find the source of a ticking I had been hearing. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to have any future repairs done through them, and I can’t recommend them enough! Thanks!

Curtis and his team do exceptional work. Very knowledgeable and fair prices compared to other places I have used in the past. He was referred to me by a friend, and I am so thankful. Located in Belton and worth the drive to have a mechanic that you can trust. I will not go anywhere else from now on. I highly recommend.

GREAT SHOP !!! RELIABLE & TRUSTED !!!! Curtis has been our family mechanic for many years now. He replaced the engine in our 2004 F150 a while back and did a great job !!! He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and timely. We greatly appreciated that and as a result he got customers for life. Anybody looking to have auto repair done should really give the shop a go.

Set an appt for an inspection on my car. My husband takes my car to get inspected and they failed my car for items that do not need repaired. For example, I HAD a back blinker light that was out and my husband replaced the bulb a few days before with a bulb from an auto store. The light worked before we took it this morning for the inspection and this item along with other lights they marked as needed replaced. Absolutely rediculous. Do not go here. You’re better off at a bigger more well known establishment for inspections. No we don’t want to argue or do anything “illegal”. Your company wants to create issues so people can keep coming back to pay for inspections. We have kept up on this vehicle for 12 years. It’s clear you all need money and will write up whatever is necessary to keep folks coming back. Also, there is this book called a dictionary where you can learn to spell and work on grammar. If the owner or employees can’t spell or speak then that’s your 1st and only red flag.

Highly recommend, for your auto repair needs. I have had my truck in twice. Once for a intake gasket. Then today for a AC repair. Truck runs great and the AC is ice cold. Both times they got me in and out same day as my appointment. With great service. At what I thought to be a fair price.

I live 20 minutes away in south Overland Park and I won't take my car anywhere else. I have tried every shop in my area as well as several in Olathe. -- no one else has come close to their reliability in diagnostics, parts, workmanship, turnaround time, communication, and pricing.

These guys are the real deal! I stopped in for an inspection on my old 86 Dodge and had a very pleasant conversation with the owner. I watched him interact with his customers and was impressed by his knowledge. He does the work others can't or won't do. I have not had any repairs done here. But I would still recommend them based on the knowledge that Curtis has all by himself. He still wants it right and wants his name known for all the right reasons, and I can respect that. Stop in and see what they can do for you!

Excellent shop. Manager is very helpful and upfront. Fixed my truck and dealt with the insurance in a timely manner. Repairs completed ahead of schedule. There is a reason they are a busy shop. It’s because of the quality of their work.

Good and quick service. I wished I found them sooner. My son's 94 Mustang GT convertible quit on him so he put in a new air filter, new spark plugs, and my son put in a whole distributor in it. I called other mechanics and they wouldn't work on it being so old. I even bought a computer for it. It sat in my driveway for 2.5 months. Only until I found them and all it needed was timed. Charged me $100 to time it, but have a car back in working order now. Thank you.

paid1400 dollars to get everything fixed on both of my cars so they would be safe for my son to drive, I picked them up and they sounded the same...I took them to a mechanic up the street and he showed me the parts that Certified supposedly fixed and they were rusted and quite literally falling off one of my cars I called them about this and no-one has called me back. this place use to be my go-to place, im not sure what has changed.
