Had an amazing experience beyond belief! Matthew took care of my car with the almost respect as well as kindness and amazing communication! I had a little issue after I left and he fixed it right away and also even gave me Some gas money because it was a long drive for me! That’s pretty unheard of nowadays in most shops, especially when it was my first time bringing in a vehicle. Great people and great service. Very quality work! Would recommend over any shop in Austin or just in general! Thanks Matt!

They did a great job repairing the extensive hail damage on my new car. Great customer service and worked with my insurance directly for the claim. They also covered my deductible! My car looks like it's brand new again! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at certified auto-body shop! I needed my side mirror replaced, and not only did they do an excellent job, but they also went above and beyond by color-matching the new mirror to my car—free of charge. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the quality of work was top-notch. I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend this shop for anyone needing auto body work!

Damaged cars bumper today and they were able to fix it up within 1-2 hours. Owner was very kind and explained all my options, even gave me a ride back home and back to the shop when the work was done. Would definitely use again!

Great, fast (and friendly) service. I was calling places all over Austin to get a quote to fix my front bumper. After having several places not return my calls and say they were too busy to even look at my car, Certified Auto Body took my call and had me come in same day. And they turned around the repair in a few hours. Super friendly owners, they do good work and provide fantastic customer service.

I am blown away, my car looks brand new. These folks quoted me a whole grand less than other shops for this work, and they got it done in two days when most said 5 days to a week. I cannot recommend enough. One happy customer right here. The photos say it all.

They were fast and friendly. Even though they are closed on weekends, they were willing to meet me during the weekend to arrange dropping off the vehicle. When the rental company didn't show to pick me up, they willing offered to take me to the rental shop and to stay until I got the vehicle picked up. Due to recent storms, they lost power and worked through the weekend to help keep the turn around time as close to what they originally gave to their customers. They did such a great repair. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing body repair work.

They were quick to get my car in, SUPER amazing staff. I left my laptop in my car when I dropped it off and Matt met me and dropped it off to me! That was soo amazing! My car was ready within a week and looked amazing!! I will come here EVERY time I need car work done.
