Travis and his team are honest, hard working mechanics. They fixed some wheel issues that I had, and while it was expensive, they he was very upfront and communicative about the cost and explained each issue. They now have a customer for life!

It's a very rare thing when you find a great, competitive and honest mechanic. The mechanics there will tell you what is wrong with your car and what it would take to fix it. No heavy pressure just honest and good people.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Austin years ago. Great mechanics and honest people. They won’t try to scam you like some places do. Great customer service, too. These guys take care of you and your car. When people are having issues with their car I always refer them to this place! Also, it is always nice to support a local and honest business.

I’ve been taking my car here for years because they are so knowledgeable. My 20+ year old Pontiac runs like new thanks to Joe and Travis, and their prices are always honest. Customer service is above and beyond. Could not recommend highly enough!

I wouldn’t go anywheres else. As a woman it’s been hard to find a shop that won’t up charge or be inappropriate with me. I respect Travis and this shop so much.

Travis and his team are AWESOME! This is my second time going here and I meant to leave a 5 star review the first time…if I could give 10 stars I would. I went in today on the whim asking about my AC not even expecting him to be able to look at it today due to the popularity and busyness of his shop. Travis took the time to service my car even though he was backed up already (that’s what happens when you’re a reliable, honest, and integrity driven business…you’re busy!) and had my AC good as new in about 30 minutes. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic just stop searching and go here. Prices are reasonable and honest as well. I seriously won’t take my car anywhere else…. Thank you!

A 'hidden gem' for auto repair. If u blink you'll miss the street u need to turn to get to this great auto repair shop.. it's my go-to auto maintenance place from now on. I previously went to another shop for many years and never thought I would change. But I did and I'm very satisfied with my decision.

Best shop I’ve found so far in ATX. No place is perfect but last shop told me to junk my car and Century just fixed the clutch issue for $200. Still rolling 3000 miles later.

From the first call I knew we were going to be taken care of. I had talked with multiple other shops that gave me crazy quotes for AC repair. Once I got on the phone with Travis he gave me realistic numbers for different situations without even seeing the car. In the end it was 30% less than he quoted which was a wonderful surprise. 11/10 recommend this place. Also nice to support a local family business.

I had some issues with my 4Runner's AC just in time for summer. I called Travis on a Monday and he said I could bring it in the next day. Not only did they get the AC blowing cold again in a matter of hours, they also fixed a number of other small issues with the car that had been bothering me for years - all at an extremely fair price. Honest, humble, friendly guys. Can't beat it.

I was trying to find a trustworthy shop to figure out an A/C issue with my car, and read some good reviews about Century Automotive on Reddit. Travis set up an appointment for me and advised me to show up early because they were very busy, and now I see why. I have a decent level of experience working on my own vehicles and I knew right away I was in the right shop. He diagnosed the problem pretty quick, and gave me a quote under what I was expecting and told me he would have it done the same day. Later that day I picked up my car and the A/C is blowing colder than it ever has and operates perfectly. I highly recommend this shop, these guys really know cars and do good work at a fair price, they are a great example of how automotive shops SHOULD operate. If I have any other issues with my vehicles outside of my own understanding I will without a doubt be back. Excellent service, Travis is the man!

This has to be the most honest mechanic shop ever. My wife and I have been coming here for years to service and repair our vehicles for a fraction of the cost. When the dealership told me I needed new brake pads I balked. I brought my car to Century and Joe (rip) took a look and told me come back in 6 months. We finally changed the pads 18 months later. He never charged me for the intervals when I brought it in to check pads. I was a customer for life by that point. Joe’s son Travis has taken over after working side by side for years with his Dad. He continues the friendly honest reliable service tradition. Austin is lucky to have this gem.
